Отель недавно отремонтирован. Очень уютный номер, идеальная чистота, очень удобная кровать, приветливый персонал.

Agradable bien situado y con gente muy atenta.
Pros:

Elegante y muy confortable Hotel localizado a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos. Las habitaciones nuevas y muy limpias, amplias respecto a lo que se consigue en la ciudad. El baño con ducha y ducha de mano. El desayuno tipo continental esta bien, no tiene opciones a la carta pero muy surtido en panecillos, yogurts y algo de fruta. Bien para empezar el dia, el cafe servido es al gusto y muy bueno.

Cons:

Lo unico que no me gusto es que solo ponen agua el primer día. En los demás hoteles que nos quedamos en Italia renovaban dos botellas de agua de cortesía al día. Si corrigen esto el hotel seria perfecto.

Lovely hotel. Staff are all very friendly & helpful. Great location few minutes walk from st Marks square. Rooms are nice & clean with everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again

The best of all Venitian worlds
Pros:

The location, the confort, the decor, the staff. everything was exquisite.
Don´t come here if you are looking for a grand, large hotel. Do come here if you want personal attention, the perfect room and bathroom with everything you can think you need and what you can´t imagine you need.
The perfect location to visit Venice but so quiet you can hear the gondolas moored in front of the hotel clicking at night

Cons:

Nothing. Well, just to be true, the TV was so modern I didn´t know how to chage channels.
