Pros:

The location was great. Near all the restaurants and near the walk to the train station. However, our last night, there were loud people outside and can be easily heard.

Cons:

The size of the room could be better for the price. Also, the water pressure almost none existent. Stairs was a hassle but thats how venice is, lots of walking and stairs.

Bof bof. Déçue… on pourrait s’attendre à mieux pour le prix.
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur ! 273 € la nuit sans petit déjeuner (+ 12 €) un petit budget quand même…), pour une jolie chambre certes, face au canal certes, mais : gobelets en carton dans la chambre pour prendre un thé ou autre. Pas de verre, pas de cuillère. Sèche cheveux très basique qui ne sèche rien. Papier toilette aussi fin que du papier à cigarette, gobelets en plastique très très fins, un tapis de salle de bain le premier jour et c’est tout, nous avons dû mettre une serviette ensuite au sol. Petit déjeuner à revoir : pas très varié et pas très qualitatif. « Jus de fruits » chimiques et imbuvables, beurre périmé… Ventilation dans la salle de bains qui ne fonctionnait pas… pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains.

Cons:

Personnel sympathique, notamment la dame à l’accueil qui est adorable, très bienveillante et très serviable ! C’est elle qui sauve tout le reste.

O hotel é charmoso e acolhedor. O quarto é limpo, iluminado, amplo e acolhedor. O secador de toalhas do banheiro é muito funcional.O ponto principal foi a funcionária que nos recebeu, ela foi perfeita! Ela era absurdamente prestativa, educada e atenciosa.

Pros:

Great hotel! Everything was very clean and well organized. Even though I stayed only one night, there was more than enough shampoo and soap provided. The location is excellent, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful, explaining everything clearly. Highly recommended!

Me encantó! El personal muy buena gente y las habitaciones estaban bien. Sin embargo, en el baño no hay extractor de olores. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de puntos turísticos para ir a pie o también hay buena accesibilidad al transporte público.

We're old so found the stairs a challenge when carrying our cases.
It is in a busy tourist are, so of course windows have to be kept closed to keep out noise.
