Friendly staff, cozy room, good location
Pros:

Very clean, cozy, and in a very good location- close to the railway station. It is about 40 minutes from St.Marco piazza. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with everything. Recommend it!

Pros:

Posizione ottima per poter visitare Venezia anche a piedi, ma la fermata dei battelli è proprio di fronte. Camera ampia e staff molto gentile. Ringraziamo ancora per la bottiglia di prosecco omaggiata per il compleanno di mia moglie

Pros:

It was clean, do have lots of stairs.
Don’t recommend it if you have big languages.
The staffs were so nice and helpful.
The location is close to venice SL train station and you need to take a boat bus to the center

Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

The location of this place was wonderful and the room we had was overlooking one of the many canals. Great service and location.
