The staff at Hotel Marte were fantastic. Everyone did their best to make our stay the best it could be.
L'hotel est trés bien situé, il est à 5mn de la gare ! Les chambres sont tres propres. Nous avons eu un petit souci la première nuit parceque la climatisation ne marchait pas et ils n'ont pas pu nous changer de chambre parceque l'hotel était plein mais ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre le lendemain et nous ont offert le petit déjeuner ( geste qui a été grandement apprécié !). Merci beaucoup à Ali qui était tellement disponible et sympatique avec nous qu'il a reussi à nous faire oublier notre petite mésaventure!!!!! Je recommande et j'y retournerais lors d'un prochain séjour

Venedik'te tarihi binaların içerisinde 600 yıllık bir bina dış görünüşü itibari ile eski gibi görünse de içi içi çok güzel dekore edilmiş çalışanlar çok ılımlı yaklaşımı yardımseverler otelin bir kısmı kanala bakıyor klimalar düzgün bir şekilde çalıştığı için sıcaktan etkilenme gibi bir durumu yok yürüyerek Santa Lucia tren istasyonuna iki 3 dakika sürüyor otel genel itibari ile temiz herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık venediğe tekrar gidersek tercih ederiz. Özellikle camların çift katlı ve kepenkli olması dışarıdan gelen sesi tamamen kesiyordu.

Proximity to water, was also right on a Vaporetto stop. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby for eating. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.
Only let down was that I was in a room at the back where my window looked down to the street, and I couldn’t see the canal from there.

Location, cleanliness
We chose this hotel based on its location to the station and water bus to airport. Room was exceptionally clean but this is a no frills hotel. Bed, bathroom, air conditioning but no bar, no breakfast facilities etc. Receptionist was friendly and communication was excellent. It is located along the canal with a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops. Was a good base from which to explore Venice from.

Perfect location just a few minutes by walk from Venice train station with easy access to water bus station going to the tourist attractions and Murano Island. The room is very cozy and clean, also the air conditioning is plus point during hot season in July and August. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
