Make sure you stay here if visiting Berlin!
Pros:

The studio room we stayed in was perfect for our 4 day stay in Berlin. We were there at the end of Dec and the studio was lovely and warm the whole time. We had a kitchen area, lounge area, table and chairs and a separate bedroom which was so cosy and silent overlooking the courtyard - we slept so well and the bed was very comfy. We felt really comfortable there and loved our stay. Exploring Prenzlauer Berg was great, so many lovely shops and cafes and bars, all very chilled out and really friendly people. Stefan was amazing throughout and very easy to contact and super helpful in all his replies. Thank you for making it such a wonderful trip to a wonderful city!

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Mooie, grote familiekamers, wat achteraf gelegen in de woningblok. Heel rustig gelegen in een bijzonder mooie Berlijnse buurt, en tegelijkertijd heel vlot bereikbaar. Hartelijke ontvangst door Stefan.

Cons:

We waren erg tevreden! Absoluut geen tegenvallers gehad!

Super Unterkunft für unser Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung und sauberes Badezimmer. Top Lage.

Cons:

Wenn man in der Küche schläft, brummt der Kühlschrank ab und an und die Tür zum Flur schließt nicht ganz, aber ich fand das jetzt nicht sonderlich schlimm :)

Selten so gut untergekommen! Alles top!
Pros:

Das Appartement ist mit ganz viel Liebe, super hübsch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten super bequem, alles sehr sauber und last but not least ist der Vermieter einfach super sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Altbauwohnung.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, Altbau, in einer super Lage im Prenzlauer Berg. Sehr sauber.
Check in hat problemlos funktioniert, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ebenfalls.
Habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr ruhig, im Hinterhof gelegen.
Sehr angenehm auch der späte Check out.

Cons:

Die Wohnung liegt in einem nicht sanierten Nebenhaus, zur Wohnung gelangt man durch einen nicht so gepflegten und nachts dunklen Innenhof. Ich kenne das Ackselhaus von früher, das die Wohnung umgebende Ambiente war nicht vergleichbar mit dem schönen Hotelgebäude von damals, auch gibt es das schöne Frühstückscafe nicht mehr. Dadurch zu hochpreisig. Schade auch, dass für den Preis der Check in nicht persönlich war.
