Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage war auch spitze und die eigene Parkgarage sowieso. Laden des E-Autos auch möglich. Zimmer wäre grundsätzlich perfekt bis auf die Punkte bei "was uns nicht gefallen hat". Frühstück auf der Terrasse mega.
Ich finde es für den Zimmerpreis schade (in Prag vor 2 Wochen für 4 Nächte und 4 Sterne nur etwas mehr bezahlt), dass sich Funiere der Möbel lösten und vor allem, dass es keine Klima gab. Bei 37 Grad im 4. Stock war das trotz Ventilator hart an der Grenze. Im Bad gab es gar keine Lüftung.
Die Lage ist top. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Mancanza dell’aria condizionata e presenza della ventola a soffitto ma purtroppo è capitato un giugno molto caldo. il servizio della colazione molto rapido, ci hanno portato via i piatti prima di aver finito.

Klimaanlage fehlt in in Zimmern
Con il caldo estremo hanno dato una camera sottotetto a mio marito che purtroppo è capitato per mia sbadataggine in questo infimo hotel, poi gli hanno fornito un ventilatore ridicolo. Come risultato ha dovuto immediatamente lasciare l’hotel e ho dovuto fare una nuova prenotazione in un altro visto che comunque doveva assolutamente riposare per poi poter rimettersi in viaggio. Ho mandato un messaggio a Booking com ma naturalmente nessuno si è degnato di rispondere, e molto strano questo comportamento verso un cliente storico. Parlano solo i soldi . E con questo viaggio ho concluso i rapporti con Booking. Troverò un altro fornitore
