Freundliches Hotel Nahe Theresienwiese
Pros:

Das Bavaria Boutique Hotel war für meinen Aufenthalt perfekt gelegen. Die Theresienwiese befindet sich in unmittelbarere Nähe. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das Hotel hat eine eigene schnuckelige Bar. Service, Zimmer, Frühstück, alles Top.

Wie immer - top. Komme gerne wiede.
Pros:

Sauberkeit ist außergewöhnlich gut. Pflegezustand des Zimmers ebenfalls. Das Frühstück ist frisch und ausgewogen. Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen, zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas klein und mit Schwung drehen bedeutet sich irgendwo etwas anzuhauen. Aber das ist tatsächlich nur eine "Kleinigkeit" an Kritik.

Fantastic hotel, great staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, great atmosphere. The staff there are fantastic especially Ulrike, always very friendly and exceptional service. If I am ever back in Munich I will be staying here (fantastic beer on tap as well)

Freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück, aber nachts leider etwas laut durch Aufzug/Gäste.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: liebevoll präsentiert, es wurde laufend aufgefüllt, und die Zutaten waren frisch und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer lag in der Nähe des Aufzugs, der mich leider nachts gestört hat. Ich bin es gewohnt, in Ruhe zu schlafen, und empfand die Geräusche als laut und störend. Zudem befand sich mein Zimmer im 1. Stock, und ich konnte die Gäste über mir deutlich hören, wenn sie herumliefen.

Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich. Im Hotel ist alles sehr sauber und sorgfältig eingerichtet. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe gute Verkehrsanbindungen, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Ruhige Lage in Zentrumsnähe
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, ca.20 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum,
Parhauseinfahrt ist sehr steil...Gefahr des Aufsetzens. Ruhige Lage, Frühstück war sehr gut.
