Früher top, heute nicht mehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage nahe beim Ku’damm ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist stark veraltet, die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem. Zimmerservice gab es nur einmal, als er nachgefragt wurde und da wurde kaum etwas im Zimmer gereinigt.

Als Familienzimmer gut gemeint, aber nicht fertig gedacht!
Pros:

Lage ist top! Hundebett und Näpfe wurden zur Verfügung gestellt (auch wenn für unseren Hund zu klein, aber die Geste ist sehr nett). Matratze des zu kleinen Bettes war sehr bequem. Wohnbereich war sauber. Self-check-in hat gut funktioniert. Es hängen Empfehlungen für Frühstücksrestaurants aus, mit einem gibt es eine Kooperation, da bekommt man 20% als Hotelgast. Ist direkt gegenüber und eine TOP Empfehlung!

Cons:

Apartment als Familie nicht geeignet. Es steht in der Beschreibung französisches Doppelbett, 1 Schlafsofa. Gebucht hatten wir für 2 Erwachsene und einen Teenager. Vorgefunden haben wir ein Bett (denke es war 120 breit), das für eine Person bereitgestellt war, 1 ausgeklappter Schlafsessel und daneben noch ein aufgestelltes Klappbett. Das Klappbett hat alles noch mehr beengt als es sowieso schon war und wir wollen als Paar ja auch nicht auf 2 nebeneinander aufgestellten Behelfsbetten schlafen. Wir haben uns dann entschieden, dass Klappbett zusammenzuklappen und in eine Ecke zu schieben (in dem schon sowieso sehr kleinen Apartment), als Paar auf dem 120 breiten Bett zu schlafen (zumindest war die Matratze bequem) und unser Sohn hat auf dem ausgezogenen Schlafsessel geschlafen. Das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, wenn sauber, aber die Dusche war sehr schmuddelig. Auch wenn da schwer ranzukommen ist, weil alles sehr eng, ne Bürste und richtiger Reiniger würde schon reichen um den Siff vom Rand mal zu beseitigen. Den Code für den gebuchten Parkplatz musste ich erst telefonisch erfragen. Der große Parkplatz hat 3 ausgewiesene Parkplätze für das Hotel, die leider alle besetzt waren. Wir haben uns auf einen gestellt, wo nichts stand, da wurde ich von einem Anwohner darauf hingewiesen, dass alle Parkplätze privat sind, außer die 3 ausgewiesenen Hotelparkplätze. Für €20/Nacht wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Parkplatzsituation etwas angenehmer gewesen wäre. Für den Hund haben wir auch € 20/Nacht bezahlt, was normalerweise völlig selbstverständlich ist, wenn täglich geputzt wird. Warum man aber die Hundegebühr täglich bezahlen muss, obwohl es am WE kein Zimmerservice gibt erschließt sich mir nicht! In FeWo zahle ich normalerweise eine einmalige Hundegebühr. Am Sonntag saß ein Mitarbeiter an der sonst unbesetzten Rezeption, von dem keine Regung kam bei der Abgabe der Schlüsselkarte; kein schöner Tag, hatten sie einen guten Aufenthalt...

Hotel is generally good value for money. I woud still use the facility during my next visit.

Schöne ruhige Lage in Charlottenburg, bis zur nächsten u Bahn muss man bischen laufen was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat.

Kontaktlose Hospitality
Pros:

Das Balkonzimmer, das wir schon einmal gebucht hatten, war tip top renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat nun auch eine kleine Küchenzeile. Der digitale Checkin funktionierte problemlos, ebenso der Checkout. Frau Kuhn war sehr gut zu erreichen und reagierte prompt auf Anfragen. Bezüglich des Parkens wurde sehr individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Gäste und waren diesmal besonders zufrieden.

Cons:

Für uns passt es. Wenn jemand das Hotel noch nicht kennt, sind eventuell die langen schmalen Gänge und der fehlende persönliche Kontakt anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä, hotelli toimiva. Vaikka oli puhdasta, niin yleistaso huoneessa oli nuhjuinen/kulunut, ja palveluiden ja henkilökunnan puuttuminen tuntui vähän aavemaisesti, kun koko hotellissa ei näkynyt ketään.

God beliggenhed og ok til prisen (men ikke mere)
Pros:

OK hotel til prisen men heller ikke mere end det. Der er ingen reception, så man skal selv tjekke ind via en automat. Værelset var ét stort rum med en dobbeltseng og en udslået sovesofa. Badeværelset er lidt småt og afløbet i brusekabinen var stoppet. Det ligger tæt på bus + ubahn og fine restauranter i området.

Pros:

This is a great hotel! The hotel was clean and while the room was a little bare bones, the bed was comfy and the desk/chair was useful. The bathroom was clean and actually quite large and well kept. In the hotel itself, there were shelves with maps and pamphlets about different places in Berlin which were very helpful! The location is close to a good retail and restaurant area, in addition to the metro lines which can get you to the city center in minutes.

My only negative was that the self-check-in kiosk didn't work properly at first, and there was no one on site to assist, but after a few tries, I was able to get in. This is a good spot!
