It was ok, but I would not stay again. To hot, bed very uncomfortable. Hot even when it rained all day and cool outside.

It was a basic property. Location was ok. room was clean.

Cons:

Very warm to the point of being uncomfortable. Bed was also very hard and gave me a sore back each morning.

Pros:

Hotel sehr gut gelegen nahe Sendlinger Tor. Komfort aus den 70er Jahren oder älter. Keine Klimaarechnik vorhanden. Musste bei offenm Genster schlafen da extrem heuss. Lärm der Wochenendgäste auf der strasse vor dem Hotel war deutlich zu hören!

Excelente localização, simpatia dos funcionários mas zona com muita atividade noturna (barulho)

Einer der schrecklichsten Nächte, schweißgebadet die ganze Nacht und die Lautstärke extrem

Die Lage war toll, sehr zentral. Das Hotel hatte eine Tiefgarage, die aber extrem schmal war. Das Personal war sehr nett, konnten aber das schlechte Zimmer auch nicht entschädigen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war von der Größe ok. Aber bei dieser Hitze in München (34 Grad) gab es keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, der die warme Luft verteilte. Die Betten waren extrem ungemütlich und einfach nur alt. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Zahnputzbecher. Aber die Klimaanlage war das größte No-Go. Ich dachte nicht, dass man bei Booking.com extra wegen Klimaanlage schauen muss. Ich dachte, so etwas ist in Deutschland Standard. Die Fenster konnte man auch nicht öffnen, da wir straßenseitig waren und bis um ca. 3 Uhr früh geschrien wurde.

Mein Aufenthalt im Motrial Hotel München am Sendlinger Tor fand vom 26.06.2026 bis 28.06.2026 statt.

Vorweg möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Personal während meines gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und verdient ein großes Lob. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass sich die Mitarbeitenden ehrlich bemühten, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es eines der wenigen noch verfügbaren und halbwegs bezahlbaren Hotels in der Münchner Innenstadt war. Die zentrale Lage war für mich ausschlaggebend. Eigentlich hätte ich ein anderes Hotel bevorzugt, allerdings waren meine Favoriten bereits ausgebucht oder deutlich teurer. Für zwei Nächte inklusive Frühstück habe ich insgesamt 293 € bezahlt.

Beim Betreten meines Zimmers fiel mir zunächst ein leichter Zigarettengeruch auf. Ich kann allerdings nicht beurteilen, ob zuvor im Zimmer geraucht wurde oder ob der Geruch möglicherweise von außen hereingezogen ist.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit. Das Bett, die Bettwäsche sowie das Badezimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. In diesem Punkt gab es für mich nichts zu beanstanden.

Leider zeigte sich jedoch schnell, dass die Einrichtung bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer hatte einen großen Riss, der zwar lediglich ein optischer Mangel war, aber dennoch auffiel. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Weniger überzeugend war allerdings der Wasserdruck, der nahezu nicht vorhanden war.

Da an diesem Wochenende außergewöhnlich hohe Temperaturen herrschten, hatte ich mich besonders auf ein klimatisiertes Zimmer gefreut. Leider verfügte mein Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage, sondern lediglich über einen Tischventilator. Gerade bei sommerlichen Temperaturen war das leider nicht ausreichend und trübte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich.
