Cons:

I had bugs in my room and noticed them 2 hours after checking in at 10:30pm. The employee took a picture of the bugs and gave me a different room. Since I was “upgraded” that was the only compensation given.
I didn’t think to take a picture with my phone. The hotel refused to send the pictures to booking.com. If I checked out early, I would have been out that money.

El desayuno

Cons:

La moqueta estaba sucia y el persistente olor a tabaco en la habitación, con la calor que hace no hay ni un ventilador, la puerta no cerraba bien y la cama era pequeñísima e incómoda.
Anuncian pàrquing interior, pero nos dijeron de aparcar fuera en una zona no vigilada. Al decir q no nos gustaba, e insistir nos ofrecieron la plaza Interior.

L'emplacement top pour une visite du centre ville a pied depuis l'hôtel. La possibilité de garer la voiture directement à l'hôtel. La chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable. Les animaux acceptés.

Cons:

Manque de climatisation, nous avons voyagé pendant la canicule et on aurait apprecié avoir la clim. Le parking très étroit, j'ai énormément galéré pour sortir la voiture de sa place, il faut naviguer entre les poteaux.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including public transport, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, making it very convenient to explore Munich. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

simple et efficace
Pros:

bon emplacement dans la ville, facile d'accès, simple, efficace, modeste, propre.

Cons:

le parking sous-terrain est très très petit, l'entrée et la sortie sont étroites, il y a des piliers au milieu : avec une grande voiture c'est compliqué

Lage super, Zimmer brächten mal ein update, Personal sehr freundlich
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist schon gut, man ist schnell im Zentrum. Frühstück war ausreichend, nichts besonderes, aber es war alles da, was man braucht.

Günstig nah der Innenstadt und gut
Pros:

Sehr gute Lager; Da die Zimmer auf die Rückseite sind und sehr gute Verglasung haben war es sehr ruhig. Durch das Wetter leider in der ersten Nacht sehr warm im Zimmer aber da kann niemand etwas dafür.
Im Bad kommt der Verputz ab der Decke aber das ist hald weil man die Feuchtigkeit fast nicht aus dem Bad bringt.
Man ist auch am Renovieren.
Sehr zuvorkommenderes Personal Ist sicher nicht ein 5 Sterne Hotel aber Preis Leistung für diese Lage ich finde es hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer, da kann aber niemand etwas dafür. Es stand auch ein Ventilator zur verfügung.
Und wie bereits erwähnt die Decke im Bad welche der Verputzt nicht mehr so hält.
Aber die meiste Zeit waren wir so oder so den Biergärten nach gegangen, deshalb das zZimmer nur zur Übernachtung genutzt. Alles bestens und nur zum empfehlen.
