Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin werde ich wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Betten (Matratze sowie Kopfkisen) sind sehr gut. Empfehlenswert wäre eine zusätzliche Decke, die man anstelle der warmen Bettdecke nutzen könnte. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Wenn man erst eine halbe Stunde vor Ende des Frühstücks erscheint, wird auch gefragt, ob einem an etwas fehlt und ob noch ein Brötchen oder Croissant nachgereicht werden soll. Netter Service.
Der defekte Föhn wurde umgehend gegen einen neuen ausgestauscht.

Alles in allem ordentlich, die Lage wiegt vieles auf.
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer war grosszügig von der Grundfläche her. Das Haus ist alles in allem recht ruhig, auch wenn Gewerbeeinheiten auf den einzelnen Etagen integriert sind.

Cons:

Rezeptionszeiten (von 9- 21 Uhr). Trotz Hinweis, dass mein Flug Verspätung hat, habe ich um 20:50 Uhr niemanden mehr in der Rezeption erreicht, um einen Checkin zu machen bzw. Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen. Nach Anruf der ausgewiesenen Telefonnummer konnte ich doch jemanden erreichen (mit Aussage, dass man gleich da wäre). Gewartet habe ich dann trotzdem noch 25 Minuten. Mein Zimmer lag in der fünften Etage. Leider endet der Fahrstuhl in der vierten Etage, also habe ich mein Gepäck die letzten 20 Stufen bis unters Dach transportiert. Die Betten sind fatal, zwei Matratzen, die sich immerzu verschieben und man irgendwann in der Mitte zwischen den Bettrosten landet (ohne Matratze). Die Kissen höchst unbequem. Ohne geöffnete Fenster (auch trotz Lärm in der fünften Etage) kann man nicht schlafen, da keine Klimaanlage existiert.

Pros:

It's an old hotel partially renovated. But we enjoyed that old times feeling and it is confortable, well located, Our room was spacious and we loved balcony very much.
