Если буду в Берлине, обязательно остановлюсь здесь.
Pros:

Отличное место, доброжелательный и общительный русскоговорящий персонал, по просьбе выдали чайник, оставили у себя вещи на хранение.

Cons:

Кофе не очень хороший, слабый, американо. Можно бы настроить на эспрессо, глючил вифи, неустойчивый сигнал.

Will definitely go back again
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spotless, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nähe zum Kuhdamm war gut.
Pros:

Nettes kleines Frühstück, sehr ruhig gelegen.
Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, das war besser.

Cons:

Das 1. Zimmer hat die beste Zeit lange hinter sich.
Klospülung funktionierte nicht, das war bekannt. Das geht gar nicht!

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in Berlin
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück.
Gute Lage am Kurfürstendamm.
Aufzug zwar eng, aber immerhin gab es einen.

Cons:

heißer Außentemperatur war Zimmer sehr stickig und heiß. Durch viel lüften hat man das etwas besser hinbekommen. Alte Fenster und ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Zimmer.
Zimmer Renovierungsbedürftig.
Teppich wirkt dreckig.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
