Pros:

Good localisation - hotel is in nice area for a walk with a lot of restaurants and cafes, and very close to the train station. Room is quite big, there is place for all our things. Nice decor. They have private parking, which was very importatnt for us, but also the public parking in front of the hotel, what helps to unpack a car.

Cons:

Room isn't quiet - I could hear TV and snoring from other rooms in the night. Permanent smell of the cigarettes on the hallway. Bathroom have been clean, but you can see it wasn't renovated for long time, and it influenced my experience. It turned out that private parking is located few buildings away, and parking lots are very tight - we don't have very big car, but it still was a challenge to park on the indicated spot next to another car. There is no mood lightening in the room - we had central lightening or tree lamps above bed which are very bright and the opposite of mood lightening. It could be some kind of side lamp for those who need to calm down before sleeping.

Locatie was geweldig en personeel was behulpzaam.

Cons:

We hadden de kamer aan het einde van de gang waar het wifi net niet bereikbaar was.

Pros:

Heller schöner Berliner Altbau-Charme, Kunst an den Wänden. Nähe zum schönen Teil des Stuttgarter-Platzes. Unkompliziert. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wenn alles renoviert ist, gerne wieder
Pros:

Hotel ist Zentral gelegen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Zimmer war ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht sauber, Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, Stromausfall. Zimmer werden wohl nach und nach renoviert, ich hatte Pech.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, freundlich, sauber, einfach ausgestattet, aber (fast) alles, was nötig ist, war im Einzelzimmer vorhanden. Das Gaugin- Plakat im Zimmer hat mich gefreut. Besonders zu schätzen wusste ich den Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Eine Sitzgelegenheit - Stuhl oder Hocker - wäre schön gewesen.

Schönes Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Pros:

Schönes kleines, verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel. Sauberes und sehr helles Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof, gute Matratze, schönes Bad mit großer Dusche. Freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, unweit des Bahnhofes Charlottenburg.

Cons:

Leider ist es halt Berlin, im Hinterhof war es laut bis spät Abends.

Das Art Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und Zentral. Alles war super

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer hatte kein Licht, dafür habe ich ein anderes Doppelzimmer dann ohne Aufpreis erhalten.

Pros:

Good location, helpful staff. Overall rather clean rooms

Cons:

It feels like property is never deep cleaned, everything is covered with a thick layer of dust, the smell in the room even when one window is open is very intense - somewhat reminds of cheap but strong perfume. Even though the room looks renovated there’s overall feel that it was just cosmetic renovation and underneath the facade the building is crumbling and unclean.
