Fräscht och rymligt hotell med bra läge.
Pros:

Läget och att det var rymligt.

Cons:

Det var varmt på rummet, den portabla AC lät så mycket att vi inte kunde ha den på.

Merkezi, güvenli, alışveriş mekanları yakın, ulaşım kolay.

Cons:

Odam çok küçüktü. Daha geniş olabilirdi. Hava çok sıcak olduğu için odada mini buzdolabı iyi olurdu.

Location is great specially for our purpose of stay, but not too comfy for you to rest in the night.
Pros:

Walking distance from the train station as well as bus stops.

Cons:

No AC on the peak of summer heat wave. There were 2 fans but not enough to fight the heat.

Cons:

В номері було не прибрано, усюди був бруд і волосся від попередніх людей, підлога була брудна , в туалеті був дуже не приємний запах. На вулиці до ранку люди відпочивали під вікнами готелю, було дуже шумно і не можливо спати.
На сайті писало що готель має критий паркінг, але нам надали паркомісце неохоче, тай ще за доплату

Das Zimmer war Okay , das Bad war sehr klein hatte dafür aber eine Wirlpool Badewanne

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten ,kaum Auswahl billige harte Brötchen kein schöne Atmosfähre für 15 Euro pro Person zu wenig :/

lange nicht mehr in einem so schlechten Hotel genächtigt.

Zum Zimmer:
keine Klima, Südseite bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur. zwei mini Ventilatoren für 4 Betten!?!? - definitiv unzumutbar!

ansonsten nicht sauber, sehr staubig.

Die Fenster sowie das Bad hat lange keine Reinigung gesehen…

Feuermelder hat ebenfalls gefehlt

Das „Frühstück“ Unterirdisch. Milch in der Kaffeemaschine war aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen sauer, keine Auswahl. Ameisen in der Marmelade und im Orangensaft. also ich verstehe unter einem „guten Frühstück“
etwas ganz anderes😮‍💨 das habe ich für 15€ vor Ort dazugebucht.

Pros:

Fijne 3 persoonskamer op een fantastische locatie om Berlijn te bezoeken.
Wij waren er voor een concert in het Olympiastadion. Tegenover het hotel is Station Charlottenburg, dus is het heel eenvoudig om met de S Bahn te reizen. De wijk Charlottenburg is heel levendig met veel restaurants, café's etc.
Ook 's avonds laat konden we kiezen waar we een echte Berlijnse Döner konden eten.

Individuelles Hotel in etwas verwinkeltem Haus mit etwas zu hohem Preis
Pros:

Individuelles Hotel in einem ehemaligen Wohnhaus in Charlottenburg; Blick in verwunschenen Innenhof, der mitten in Berlin eine grüne Oase ist.
Frühstück im hellen Frühstücksraum im Vordergebäude ist liebevoll zu bereitet. Lage direkt gegenüber S-Bahn-Station.
Zimmer und Bad sind frisch renoviert.

Cons:

Zimmer wie Badezimmer sind extrem klein. Kein Tisch und kaum Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer, auch im Bad kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. Nur ein kleines Waschbecken eng an Toilette.
Flure sind sehr verwinkelt, Aufzug hält nur auf halbem Stock. Fenster lassen sich mit dem kleinen Vorhang nicht wirklich verdunkeln.
In einem anderen Preis-Segment wäre dies akzeptabel, aber der aufgerufene Preis passt nicht ganz zum Standard.
