Bed pillows etc. were comfortable, enough towels heating was working

Cons:

Toilet light didn't work, had very bad stench like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Was a one night stay so managed else would have asked to change room.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da es sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen gibt. Außerdem ist eine S-Bahnhaltestelle direkt gegenüber, das ist sehr praktisch.
Da die Zimmer zu einem Innenhof gehen, war es sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel sehr alt und abgelebt. Die Zimmer waren zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber wir hatten eine leere und eine angebrochene Flasche Wasser mit zwei schmutzigen Gläsern auf dem Tisch. Der Seifen- und der Kleenexspender im Bad waren beide leer. Die Gummilippe an der Duschkabine war gelöst, sodass das Bad unweigerlich unter Wasser stand.
Außerdem haben wir bereits vor über 6 Monaten eine Bestätigung unserer Reservierung für einen Stellplatz für unser Auto erhalten. Das war ein Kriterium, das Hotel überhaupt auszuwählen. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, dass es keinen gäbe und wir doch in das Parkhaus eines Einkaufszentrums fahren sollen. Für 30 Euro pro Tag, statt den bestätigten 20 Euro.

Die größte Frechheit allerdings war das ekelhafte "Frühstücksbuffet" für 15 Euro pro Person in einem viel zu kleinen Raum für die Anzshl der Hotelgäste! Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, allerdings hatten sie keine Ahnung von ihrem Job! Nicht nur, dass nicht aufgefüllt wurde, die Backwaren waren billigste Aufbackware, Wurst und Käse Formware, das Gemüse nicht geputzt und gewaschen, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen dreckig. Es war wirklich eklig.

Falls ihr in dem Hotel absteigt, bucht es ohne Frühstück! Es gibt genügend nette Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung :-)

Es war schön dort untergebracht zu sein, wenn auch nur für eine Nacht
Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Berliner Verhältnisse überragend. Dazu kommt noch die verkehrstechnisch optimale Lage. Einfach - sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation bezüglich des verfügbaren Notzuganges bzw. der Zugangsmöglichkeit außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten könnte besser vermittelt werden. Die Kontakte zur Rezeption vor Ort waren überaus freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert.

Sehr netter Service gutes Personal, Hotel etwas abgerockt
Pros:

Der Service an der Rezeption sowie die super nette Dame für das Frühstück waren mehr als super !!! Besser geht es nicht

Cons:

Matratze war durchgelegen , konnte aber am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln!
Das Bad war doch etwas sehr eng in beiden Räumen.
Das Zimmer Nummer zwei war einwandfrei
