Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und die Fenster schließen auch so, dass Geräusche der Straße kaum zu hören sind. Das Treppenhaus ist beeindruckend. Toller jugendstilbau!

Cons:

Zugegeben, wir waren am heißesten Tag des Jahres da. Doch auch so ist in der Preiskategorie ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage eher ungewöhnlich. Das Frühstück ist in der Tat, wie hier von vielen beschrieben, sehr schlicht. Es sind wahrscheinlich Hauptstadtpreise. Nichtsdestotrotz blieb das Gefühl, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

God atmosfære!
Pros:

Den klassiske stilen og herlig stort bad.

Cons:

Vi hadde to overnattinger i rundt 40 varmegrader, og savnet sårt et skikkelig AC-anlegg.

Pros:

Sfeervol hotel in klassiek gebouw.
Nabije overdekte parkeerplaats met EV oplaadpunt.

Cons:

Het was erg warm (buiten). Er stond een verplaatsbare airco unit, maar die kon de ruime kamer maar net aan en maakte natuurlijk geluid. Het hotel had zeker zijn gest gedaan.

Jetzt kenne ich mich aus und werde sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Ein schönes, altes Haus mit hohen Decken.
Wenn man sich auskennt, liegt die Garage günstig und auch das Be- und Entladen ist auf der vielbefahrenen Straße machbar...WENN man sich auskennt...

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon deutlich abgenutzt.
Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße...nicht so laut, wie befürchtet, aber nach hinten raus soll es sehr ruhige Zimmer geben. Beim nächsten Mal... Die Kommunikation, wo man auf der vielbefahrenen Straße hält, um das Gepäck auszuladen, hätte im Vorfeld besser sein können.

Sehr solide Wahl
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und großes Zimmer mit Altberliner Charme. Zentrale Lage mit guten Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Solides Frühstück.

Cons:

Mobiliar und besonders Teppiche im Hausflur sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

La limpieza de las habitaciones y el trato del personal, que aunque el idioma nos separaba su atencion fue excelente.

Cons:

Las escaleras de entrada y el sistema de apertura de puertas un poco "duro" no era facil abrir las puertas de acceso a la habitacion

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

L’hotel gode di una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Berlin Südkreuz, che consente di raggiungere l’aeroporto in circa 30 minuti e offre collegamenti rapidi tramite U-Bahn e S-Bahn verso tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La zona è vivace e ben servita, con numerosi ristoranti, supermercati e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze.

L’arredamento è un po’ datato, ma contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera particolare che sembra riportare alla Berlino precedente alla caduta del Muro, aggiungendo un fascino suggestivo al soggiorno. Il personale, infine, è estremamente cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Unico aspetto migliorabile: il materasso della mia camera risultava un po’ cedevole e probabilmente andrebbe sostituito per garantire un comfort maggiore durante il soggiorno.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Berlin wirklich zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage in einem tollen Altbau. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, es hat uns sehr gefallen.
