Good location, good price, helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, friendly, helped to solve problems in the room and suggested another room for my stay. Location is really good, very close to public transport, many eating possibilities around. Also very nice park close to the hotel. Surrounding looks peaceful and safe.

Cons:

Walls between rooms are very thin, you can hear everything what is happening at the neighbour room, that is very disturbing. Also goes bad smell from the corridor of the last floor.
