最新のホテルの快適さはないが良かった。
Pros:

建物の雰囲気。古めかしさが良かったです。天井が高く広々とした感じも良かった。スタッフがみんなとても親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。

Cons:

シャワーの排水。最初は水が流れないのではと不安になりましたが、結果的には大丈夫でした。

Pienamente soddisfatto!
Pros:

Anche se arrivato dopo la chiusura della receptions, la modalità di ottenere la chiave non è stata per nulla complicata. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda sia per attività di Business (Berlin Messe) sia per attività Turistica...La colazione è variegata e completa.

Cons:

Un buon cappuccino è un ottimo inizio di giornata. Peccato che era a pagamento (oltre al costo della colazione). Veramente un peccato! Consiglio vivamente di aggiungerlo senza extra costi!

Pros:

Un ancien bâtiment fin XIX ou début du XXe siècle, rénové sans outrance, aux parquets qui craque, aux immenses plafonds et aux portes de châteaux.
Les doubles fenêtres isolent très bien thermiquement et phoniquement.
Le prix est un peu cher mais tous les hôtels berlinois sont chers.
Peut-être qu'une bouilloire ainsi que plus de patères et porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain seraient appréciées.

Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Sehr nettes Empfangs Personal.
Betten okay. Haben ein Zimmer zum Innenhof gehabt sehr ruhig. Preis- Leistung okay.

Cons:

Zimmer werden am Wochenende nicht gereinigt, kann man ja auch mal selber machen. Fahrstuhl hält zwischen 2 Stockwerken. Das soll keine große Kritik sein,nur zur Info für neue Gäste. Das WLAN stockt etwas.

Pros:

L'Hotel è sicuramente in un'ottima posizione, abbastanza vicino alla fermata del treno/metropolitana (circa 10 min a piedi) ed a strade piene di negozi, ristoranti, fast-food e piccoli market aperti 24h. Si trova all'interno di un palazzo molto grande e la reception è al primo piano. Buona la pulizia generale ma la stanza non viene pulita ogni giorno (così come gli asciugamanii non vengono sostituiti ogni giorno) a meno che non lo si chieda espressamente alla reception. Buono il comfort del materasso così come la silenziosità generale. Bagno pulito. Buona anche la colazione, classica ma con scelta abbastanza variegata.

Cons:

Beh sicuramente segnalerei la questione della pulizia che non viene effettuata quotidianamente ed autonomamente. Non capisco il senso di doverlo chiedere io in reception. La stanza era abbastanza piccola ed il wi-fi un pò lento. Il cuscino era scomodo, diventava completamente piatto nel giro di pochi secondi dopo aver poggiato la testa. Meglio chiedere in reception di averne un paio. Riguardo la colazione mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche dolce tipico del posto.

Закуската беше разнообразна! Местонахождението на хотела е топ, пак бих отседнала там! Персоналът на рецепцията е изключително любезен и компетентен да ни упъти към забележителности!

Cons:

Хавлиите бяха доста износени, възглавниците адски неудобни! В много от коментарите, хората недоволстват от възглавниците, ами сменете ги най после! Също така в банята липсват аксесоари - шапка за баня, сапун, шампоан, балсам, четка за зъби.. има само 3в1 течен сапун!

lage in 2ter reihe zum kuhdamm - sehr angenehm , nettes personal , aufmerksamer frühstücksservice , gutes frühstück

für ältere gäste recht viele stufen - trotz fahrstuhl- für uns aber nicht negativ
