Pros:

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung,es gab keine unangenehmen Überraschungen.Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso die Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Geschäfte,Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.Auch Parkplätze sind vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Besonders schön ist, dass man im Essbereich jederzeit Tee, Kaffee oder Wasser trinken kann. Morgens gibt es sogar kostenlos Toast und Müsli- eine nette Aufmerksamkeit.
Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Мне понравился дом, в котором находится отель, старинные, с лепниной, витражами на окнах подъезда. Район хороший. Вокруг куча заведений с едой, кафе. В отеле по утрам можно позавтракать в столовой комнате, предлагают чай, кофе, молоко, воду, хлеб, мармелады (в номере посуды и чайника нет). Персонал русскоязычный. Матрас хороший и шикарное плетеное кресло. В ванной/туалете все ок. Номер довольно просторный, батареи супертеплые.

Cons:

Маленькие подушки. Матрас хороший, но металлическая кровать на любителя. Стиль мебели - секонд хэнд или "принесли с улицы", но в Берлине это как бы норм, в этом городе даже в ресторане могут дать старые колотые тарелки, что делать, берлинцы любят рухлядь. Я бы покрасил стены в номере в более веселый цвет. Сайдинг на потолке номера в таком доме вызывает легкре недоумение. Отсутствие шумоизоляции (окна и дверь старые, деревянные) меня не напрягало.
Номер в стиле дачного ретро хотели сделать, очевидно, мебель вся старая, потертая, не первой свежести, ну, как на старой даче.

Pros:

The hotel is atmospheric and cozy. It has a warm and charming vibe. I even had a balcony in my room, which was a lovely bonus and added to the overall experience.

Cons:

My room was located directly behind the front desk. The soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear everything happening in the hallway, as well as conversations and activity at the reception desk.

Ich habe einen Tag vorher das Zimmer gebucht und es war konkurrenzlos preiswert. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht von der Sauberkeit und dem Komfort.

Cons:

Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station oder zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zu kurz für ein Taxi, aber im Winter bei vergletscherten Fußwegen auch kein Spaß, wenn man den Rollkoffer hinter sich her schleift.
