Old hotel in need of renovation
Pros:

This hotel, around the corner from Kurfurstendam, was once a beautiful stylish building with nice woodwork, marble, high decorated ceilings and other great details. I like buildings with a history.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it is worn down and needs renovation. And breakfast is only bread with jam and coffee. I had to go to a bakery to get a decent breakfast.

Schattig hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Schattig hotelletje met grote kamers en prima aankleding op een hele goeie locatie waar in de buurt veel te doen is. En dit allemaal voor een hele leuke prijs!

Cons:

Het matras was een beetje doorgezakt en de deken was een beetje klein maar verder helemaal prima

Pros:

Geräumigeres Zimmer und Bett als erwartet. Schönes altmodisches Berliner Treppenhaus mit Bleiglasfenstern und einfache aber nette Möblierung des Zimmers. Ruhiges Zimmer trotz Straßenblick und großer Fenster. Dazu gab es ein kleines Frühstücksangebot ohne Aufpreis.

Cons:

Im Bad kam ausgerechnet Winterzeit auch nach langem Laufenlassen kein warmes Wasser. Der Spülkasten des Klos machte nachts Lärm oder füllte sich nicht verlässlich (ironisch passend zur Lage der Räume über einer Eckkneipe namens Klo). Rezeption nahm die Infos auf.

Schöne, individuelle Unterkunft mit Altbaucharakter. Superzentrale Lage!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr individuell!

Cons:

Es gab kein Nachttischlicht, sondern nur das große Licht mit Lichtschalter an der Tür!
