Please note the following reception hours: Monday-Sunday 11:00 - 20:00 Check-in is possible outside reception opening hours using a key code. Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel for a number of years since 2004. I had not been for 4 years. I have always found it clean, comfortable & a good location with regards to the amenities of Berlin & public transport. It is situated in an area with a range of restaurants & cafés. Pleasant tree lined streets & buildings complete the pictures. You can start the day with a good breakfast too.

Otel temizdi, konumu iyiydi, çalışanlar nazikti.

Cons:

Sokaktan gürültü gelmiyor fakat gıcırdayan zemin tahtaları ve kapısı biraz rahatsızlık verebilir. Kaldığım odada WC mevcut değildi. Katta ortak WC vardı.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Einfachste Ausstattung. Extremer Dreck und Schimmel im Bad. Spender für feuchtücher ausgetrocknet. Alte Brötchen zum Frühstück

Fantastischer Service in bester Lage – leider etwas preisintensiv
Pros:

Die Lage der City Pension Berlin ist schlichtweg perfekt – man ist direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, was die Anreise und Mobilität enorm erleichtert. Mein absolutes Highlight war jedoch der Service: Der Mitarbeiter, der mich empfangen hat, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich sogar aktiv dabei unterstützt, einen sicheren Abstellplatz für mein Motorrad zu finden. Sein Engagement war exzellent und hob sich deutlich von dem ab, was man in dieser Kategorie üblicherweise erwartet.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als etwas schwierig. Das Hotel bietet eine eher schlichte, bescheidene Ausstattung, der Preis war jedoch für mein Empfinden zu hoch angesetzt. Fairerweise muss man dazu sagen, dass in Berlin an diesem Abend generell sehr hohe Preise für Übernachtungen aufgerufen wurden, was die Situation natürlich beeinflusst hat.

De locatie was perfect. Dicht bij winkels en U-bahn

Cons:

Achterstallig onderhoud. Kamer lag aan de voorzijde aan lawaaiige straat.

Gute Lage in Bezug auf ÖPNV-Anbindung, Restaurants etc.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, Bad mit kleiner Dusche und kleinem Waschbecken. Bad braucht dringend eine Grundteinigung. Kein Fahrstuhl.

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für Berlin guter Preis zum schlafen und frühstücken. Aufhalten im Hotel würden wir uns nicht länger. Also schlafen, pflegen und frühstücken- mehr nicht!

Cons:

Zimmer krumm und schief, alles etwas runtergerockt ( locker), Salzstangen vom vorherigen Gast lagen noch auf dem Boden.

Pros:

Personal war nett

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung und ohne Fenster blöd. Elektrik war ein Zustand, Fernseh ging nicht. Die Chicken Bude drunter stinkte ganze Zeit man müsste lüften weil es warm war aber der Geruch war extrem.
