Please note the following reception hours: Monday-Sunday 11:00 - 20:00 Check-in is possible outside reception opening hours using a key code. If you need to check in outside of reception hours, you need to contact the property in advance to get the key code. With the key code you can gain access to the property and your room. The booked number of guests (including children) must not be exceeded. Additional guests are only allowed with prior notification and subject to availability. Pros:

Хочу подякувати персоналу, в нас був піхотній заїзд, тому вони залишили ключі та детальну інструкцію як взяти ключі від номеру, тому ми без проблем це зробили, за що вдячні. Звичайно номери старенькі, в ванній кімнаті дуже холодна підлога, але цілком задоволені бо нам було потрібно переночувати, то все ок. Снадінок дуже простий. Булочки, хліб, деяка ковбаса і ще там шось. Ну чисто так випити кави перед початком дня то нормально.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt preiswert und gut
Pros:

Statt des gebuchten Einzelzimmers habe ich ein Dreibettzimmer bekommen und habe den zusätzlichen Raum sehr genossen. Bad und Raum waren sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße lag, war es nicht unangenehm laut. Das Mobiliar wirkte schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber dennoch zweckmäßig.
Das Frühstück bestand aus einfachen Brötchen, gekochten Eiern, einer Wurst und Käseauswahl, Marmelade, Müsli, Quark etc. Auch Milch und Säfte standen bereit. Für mich war es völlig ausreichend, und bei dem Preis sollte man sicher kein 5-Sterne-Niveau erwarten.
Der Kontakt war freundlich und auch der Late-Check-in über die Schlüsselbox klappte problemlos.

Cons:

Aufgrund der doppelten Altbau-Fenster war die Belüftung etwas schwierig und man konnte nicht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen.

Gute Lage, etwas renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, nur wenige Schriite zur S-Bahn und zum Zentrum von Berlin-Carlottenburg.
Große Zimmer mit Stuckdecke.

Cons:

Harte Frühstücksbrötchen. Rostige Dusche mit tropfendem Wasserhahn, Duschgel leer.
Trotz enger Holztreppe keine Rauchmelder !!!

Загалом усе сподобалося, і при наступній поїздці із задоволенням обрали б цей варіант знову.
Pros:

Сподобався номер — чистий і комфортний. Гарне розташування, поруч зручна транспортна розв’язка. Район досить жвавий, але це не заважало. У пішій доступності багато закладів харчування з хорошим вибором. Сніданок дуже смачний, з великим вибором свіжих продуктів. Привітний персонал.

Cons:

У номері скрипіла підлога. Також до номерів ведуть досить круті сходи, що може бути незручно з важкими валізами.
