Cons:

Rooms are falling apart.
Windows are not tight, so lot of sound from street, is still hearable.

Early start from Berlin-Charlottenburg station
Pros:

Very close to Berlin Charlottenburg station. It was nice that there was breakfast.

Cons:

The property felt quite decrepit, bur was clean.

Pros:

A basic place but very well situated, right opposite Charlottenburg metro with a variety of convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants and grocery places nearby which was nice. Easy to get into Central Berlin, about 25-30 minutes by public transport. The staff was also very nice and helpful if you needed to use something like an iron. Overall an okay place for a few days if you don't need much more than a place to sleep and will be out and about most of the day.

Cons:

Breakfast options were very basic - bread, cereal, tea and coffee with some salad options, but some good other local spots nearby. The mattresses were fairly stiff and a bit rough on the back. Cleanliness could've been a little better, there was a lot of dust/webs under the bed that I noticed when I dropped something but otherwise okay.

Pros:

駅の目の前で周りにスーパーや飲食店、薬局などもありとても便利でした。お部屋も清潔ですし、時間外のための鍵もたくさん渡されましたが、それだけ安全に気を遣っているという事だと思いました。
お掃除もしっかりしてくれるし、スタッフも笑顔で素晴らしかったです。朝食もしっかりしていました！

Cons:

部屋にシャワーと洗面台があったのですが、排水溝の流れがあまり良くなくて、少し水やお湯を出していると水が溜まってしまいます。しばらく待つと、ゆっくり流れていきます。
トイレは部屋の外で共有でしたがとても清潔で問題ありませんでした。

Für eine günstige Unterkunft geeignet, aber nicht für Familien mit Kindern.

Als ich dort ankam sah es für mich nicht so aus, dass ich mit meinem 3 jährigen sicher bin. Ich bin nicht hingefahren und habe umgebucht. Eine Gegend, die ich nicht abends oder in der Nacht erleben möchte.

Pros:

Расположение ТОП! в 30 минутах ходьбы от IFA, через дорогу станция Charlottenburg, на KantStrasse есть рестораны на любой вкус. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Подготовили заранее командировочные документы и дополнительные ключи от номера. Завтрак однообразный, в целом неплохо, вареные яйца, сыр, сливочное масло, немного овощей, оливки и 5 видов хлеба, включая цельнозерновой.

Cons:

под кроватью, за тумбочкой было очень пыльно. видно не убирались долго, еще лежали старые бутылки под кроватью.

für eine Nacht passend, gute Lage

einfaches, aber ausreichendes Frühstück, Zimmer ordentlich aber Zugang zum Zimmer über enge Treppe, sauber,
gute Lage zur Deutschen Oper, Parkplatz im Hotel

kleine Mängel (Festerscheibe geborsten, Gardine locker, Toilettendeckel lose, Handseife leer), Zugang zum Parkplatz mit Schlüssel von der Rezeption, Parkbuchten sehr eng. Baulärm vor dem Hotel
