Historic building with quirky rooms (in a good way) in a quiet part of town. Breakfast is filling.
Pros:

Room and breakfast were great. I was allowed to choose any room that was available.

Cons:

A little far from main attractions in Berlin.

Buena estancia y algunas recomendaciones.
Pros:

Muy buena cercanía al centro. A pocos minutos andando de una estación de tren. La habitación estaba bien por dentro.

Cons:

La entrada era un poco antigua, necesita reforma. Se escucha todo desde la habitación, por lo que oímos a un hombre chillar muy intensamente a una chica, desconocemos si eran otras personas que se alojaban o trabajadores. El baño a veces olía a desagüe pero iba y venía. En el baño faltan algo para colgar las toallas y quizás alguna balda para dejar las cosas. Por el resto estaba bien por el precio y no teniendo que compartir baño al ser la capital.

Situation géographique idéale, clefs d'accès bâtiment et chambre à conserver sur soi, vu que la réception ferme la nuit.

Cons:

Emplacement WC et porte salle de bain mal placés, pas de chauffage ce jour là...

​ich möchte Ihnen gerne eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt geben. Die Lage Ihrer Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend, allerdings war die Serviceerfahrung leider sehr enttäuschend.

​In der Nacht war es extrem laut, sodass an eine erholsame Nachtruhe nicht zu denken war. Gegen Mitternacht spielten Nachbarn Musik in voller Lautstärke, sangen lautstark und auch auf dem Flur war es so laut, als würde direkt vor der Tür gesprochen. Zudem gab es mitten in der Nacht laut rufende Kinder. Das Fehlen einer Nachtruhe-Regelung hat die Erfahrung leider sehr beeinträchtigt.

​Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie diese Hinweise nutzen können, um die Einhaltung der Ruhezeiten künftig besser zu kontrollieren und die Qualität des Aufenthalts für Ihre Gäste zu verbessern.
