Pros:

Funcionária muito simpática, pois é um hotel/pensão. Limpeza boa, mesmo com chuveiro e toilete compartilhado. Localização é razoável, próxima de Alt Moabit, bairro com muitos emigrantes, movimentado, Metrô S-Bahn e U-Bahn na frente. Pode- se tomar um café no Café embaixo, que não é do hotel. Se levar o café e não sentar é mais barato. Para Alemanha é um bom preço, para quem não faz questão de luxo.

Cons:

Não tenho queixas. É preciso entender Berlim.

Man klara sig om man tänker bara på nånstans att sova men man kan hitta bättre på Airbandb sama pris

Väldigt när till tåg/buss station och lätt att ta sig runt i Berlin👌
Man har tillgång till nära café om man vill käka frukost i närheten och mataffär!

Cons:

Det fanns inga medel i badrummet, ingen tvål!
Väldigt obekväma madrasser och väldigt dåliga kuddar men rena!
Absolut ingenting på golvet och inga tofflor i rummet!
Kändes som man sover ut på gatan för det lät jättemycket!

Direkte Anbindung zur S-Bahn, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Waschbecken im Zimmer.

Cons:

Sehr karge Ausstattung, nicht mal ein Stück Seife vorhanden. Die Tür war reiner Sichtschutz, die Geräusche auf dem Gang, welche bis weit in die Nacht gingen, drängen vollständig durch. Ein Bett war komfortabel, das andere wäre eine Zumutung gewesen.

nice stay but broken sink and ants
Pros:

we had our own sink and tv in the room. staff was very nice although she didn’t speak any english. the location was good it was right next to the Berlin Ring.

Cons:

we had trouble with leaking sink and ant infestation. we had to put the bin under the sink to prevent flooding (unlike our neighbors who had water all over their floor). the ants crawled in every food we had so we had to throw it out. they also took over one whole side of our double bed so we had to sleep on 1 side. there was no soap at the toilets neither nearby the sink in the room. shower and bathroom had very dim lighting. also no hot water in any sink. our neighbors were very loud during night hours(banging doors, loud stomping, dropping glass bottles)

Vlot te bereiken. Vlot contact met accommodatie nadat we onze boeking annuleerde en ons geld terug vroegen.

Cons:

De foto's zijn heel misleidend en bovendien AI. De kamer is heel klein, de muren zijn vuil en gaten zijn dichtgeplakt met ducttape. Ook de gedeelde badkamer en de rest van het pand zijn wat vervallen, donker en muf. De prijs mag dan wel aardig zijn en we hadden het simpel verwacht, maar de werkelijkheid komt totaal niet overeen met de advertentie.

Nichts ist an diesem Hotel gut. Wände Hauch dünn. Betten knacken. Matratze eingelegen unbequem. Lauter Gäste bis morgens früh 5 uhr ganze Nacht durch. Sinti, Roma machen Stress. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Juckreiz ist Programm. Toilette will man mit dem Klientel nicht teilen. Leider muss Dusche und Toilette mit allen Gästen geteilt werden.

Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel erg tegen – Vochtproblemen en onjuist adres
Pros:

Niet tegenstaande de niet centrale ligging kan je toch het centrum van Berlijn vlot met het openbaar vervoer bereiken door de nabijheid van het station.
Vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst.
Een eigen badkamer is handig voor een hostel.

Cons:

* Onjuiste locatie: Het adres op Booking.com klopte niet, waardoor de accommodatie erg lastig te vinden was.
• Ernstig vochtprobleem: Tijdens het douchen stroomt het water gemakkelijk richting de badkamerdeur. Hierdoor is de onderste 20 centimeter van de deurlijst volledig weggerot.
• Muffe geur: Door het rottende hout hing er een sterke vochtlucht. Deze kregen we alleen weg door het raam constant op de kiepstand te laten staan.
* Vergeleken met zes andere accommodaties tijdens onze rugzakreis door Centraal-Europa, was deze qua prijs-kwaliteit helaas de minste.
