Pros:

Wir waren für 2 Nächte da. Das Dreibettzimmer war für uns ausreichend groß, es war sauber und das Personal war super nett.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr liebevoll aufgebaut und mediterran angehaucht- für jeden etwas dabei.
Haben am Abend auch im Restaurant gegessen, auch sehr zu empfehlen. Saßen im Innenhof mit Brunnen und es war herrlich.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub in München in einem Hotel mit italienischem Flair.
Pros:

Zimmer sind für einen Kurzurlaub gut ausgestattet.
Balkon in den schönen Innenhof mit Gastgarten.
Die Lage des Hotels zum Hauptbahnhof ist optimal. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten oder mit dem Bus 68 Ausgang Süd.
Innenstadt ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Frühstücksauswahl hervorragend, man fühlt sich wie in Italien.

Cons:

Lärmbelästigung am Abend durch Gastgarten im Innenhof bei geöffnetem Fenster.

Pros:

El barrio muy agradable, a 30 minutos andando del centro y también a 20 minutos de la estación. Hay cervecerías y restaurantes muy cerca.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación hay que pedirla en recepción.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, Frühstück große Auswahl, Zimmergröße für 1 Nacht ausreichend. Zimmer zum Innenhof mit Balkon.

Cons:

Bettwäsche hatte Fleck und die andere Löcher. Tiefgarage ist kriminell, dafür 24€ zu nehmen passt nicht.

Still happy to come again
Pros:

Excellent breakfast;lot of sifferent tasty choices, breakfast room/atmosphere,possibility enjoy breakfast also in yard garden.
Friendly staff.
Room was tidy and modern.
Hotel's good location for sightseeings and about 1.5km from Hauptbahnhof.
Access also public transport.

Cons:

Weird decisions: sink,it was in the room, toilet was just toilet,shower room and toilet used the shared door.
Room's back yard terrace,very beautiful,arrounded by tile walls and plant wall BUT it was the same connected area as breakfast area/restaurant area and you didn't have any privacy on your terrace or in your room until you cover your windows.

Great location but it’s not worth it considering the price.
Pros:

The hotel was in downtown Munich, which was very convenient as we traveled in the city a lot and visit a different places and it was very accessible. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well.

Cons:

Firstly, we requested a quiet room which we did not get as the room was very loud and you could hear all the cars at night. Another big issue for us was that the AC was not working properly at night. The AC was only working for a few hours and it would turn off at night and it was very hot and uncomfortable for us and we had to wake up and turn it on again. Another thing was how small the rooms were and the fact that the bathroom and the shower shared the same door so you couldn’t use the bathroom and the shower at the same time. another thing is that we had to leave the hotel early in the morning and when we went downstairs the reception no one was there and we were locked in the hotel and we had to find a way out because we couldn’t miss our train to the next destination. I recommend telling the staff beforehand if you have to leave early in the morning because we didn’t know that they weren’t gonna be there and we didn’t mention so we were locked in. The room overall was clean however when we first got in the room, the toilet was not clean at all, and it was used right before us and not flushed.
In conclusion, we paid a big amount for a very small room definitely not worth it and would not recommend if it’s as overpriced as it was when we booked it.
