Pros:

The location is great, very central. View from the room is nice.

Cons:

We had an experience where the hotel lost power at 11:30 at night in a thunderstorm, but no other building did. The hotel is not staffed at night, so nobody was here to fix it. Alarms were going off. We had to go out in the rain door to door to find someone with the number of the hotel owner to call and get someone to come fix it. That wasn’t fun. Then at 8am someone with a key tried to come into our room. The breakfast is also lackluster. Nice view but food that feels like it’s been sitting out. The WiFi is also very poor, though that seems city wide. We were ready to leave.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in agosto con una prenotazione fatta a marzo.
Ci é stata assegnata una camera con la finestra che dava su un cortile interno al primo piano dove erano posizinati tutti i rumorosi motori dell' aria condizionata.
Ci é stato quindi impossibile aprire la finestra e anche a finestra chiusa il rumore era davvero molto fastidioso.
Dopo aver segnalato il problema ci é stato detto che "noi avevamo prenotato una camera standard" ,come se la camera standard non l'avessimo comunque pagata.
Colazione nella norma,nulla di eccezionale.

Sentralt, koselig og rent. Hotell med toscansk sjel.
Pros:

Sentralt. Nydelig rom. Alt vi trengte. Veldig koselig frokostrom med utsikt. Vi har bodd her før og vil bo her neste gang vi er i Cortona.
