Schönes Altberliner Altbauhotel - im Service große Lücke zwischen Anspruch und Realität
Pros:

schön gestaltete Zimmer und schöner, liebevoll gestalteter Frühstücksraum. Großes Plus: die kleine Terrasse im Hof zum frühstücken und für eine kurze Pause zwischendurch.
Perfekte ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Ku‘damm vom Savignyplatz - man konnte nachts nach hinten raus sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Außerdem haben wir die Möglichkeit bekommen früher einzuchecken.

Cons:

Gutes Frühstück mit diversen Kleinigkeiten wie Kuchen und frisch zubereiteten Säften und sehr schönem Geschirr- trotzdem waren wir vom hochgelobten „Luxusfrühstück“ für 19€ etwas enttäuscht: nur zwei Käsesorten, kein Lachs und vor allem an beiden Tagen zu harte Aufbackbrötchen: hier hätten wir frische Bäckerbrötchen erwartet.

Wir haben uns bewusst für ein inhabergeführtes kleines Hotel entschieden - erfahrungsgemäß mit Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit im Service:
Das war hier leider nicht der Fall: wenig Aufmerksamkeit beim Check in - das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte überfordert und wenig zugewandt, die Frage nach Rührei fast schon ein Affront. Mehr Desinteresse und Lustlosigkeit als sich willkommen fühlen. Eine Ausnahme war hier allerdings die Dame beim Check-out!

Optimal gelegen und dennoch ruhig in Berlin
Pros:

Ein wirklich sehr schön eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit altem Dielenboden, moderne Echtholzmöbeln und gut ausgestattet. Es ist absolut ruhig, auch wenn es direkt im Zentrum gelegen ist. Ich werde mit Sicherheit bei meinem nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt hier wieder übernachten.

Przyjemne miejsce, w dobrej lokalizacji, zwłaszcza pod względem zakupów. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, w hotelu cicho i spokojnie.

Cons:

Bardzo brakowało mi lepszego oświetlenia w pokoju, zwłaszcza przygotowując się do wyjścia wieczorem, i lodówki w pokoju, w takie gorące dni byłoby miło móc schłodzić napój.

Empfehlenswertes, inhabergeführtes kleines Hotel in Ku’dammnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel Elba ist ein liebevoll renovierter Altbau in einer Seitenstraße zum Ku’damm, somit in optimaler Lage. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet, zwar ohne Klimaanlage, dafür gab es einen mobilen Ventilator, der bei den außergewöhnlichen Temperaturen gute Dienste geleistet hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit vielen kleinen Leckereien und besonders aufmerksamem Personal. Ein nostalgisches Highlight ist der ruckelnde Aufzug!
Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt um einen Tag verschieben, was ohne Probleme super hilfsbereit ermöglicht wurde, dafür nochmals vielen Dank.

Cons:

Zwei Kleinigkeiten, die kaum zu ändern sind: Das WC im kleinen Bad ist ziemlich eng positioniert, so dass man eher schräg drauf sitzt, und am Fenster zum Hof hatten wir trotz Fliegengitter ungewöhnlich viele kleine fliegende Insekten. Kein Drama, aber unangenehm.
