Unbeatable location for US visa appointment
Pros:

This hotel is located just about 100 meters from the U.S. Consulate, literally a 2-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient for visa appointments. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with ample storage space. It also includes a small kitchen with a fridge and basic utensils, which adds to the convenience. An iron was provided in the room, which is very useful for guests who want to attend their consulate appointment in well-presented attire. On the downside, the bathroom feels somewhat dated, and the shower does not have a curtain. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the U.S. Consulate due to its unbeatable location and practical amenities

Pros:

Für mich nur die Lage war gut .

Cons:

Eigentlich alles , angefangen von Handtüchern bis betten. Küche nicht sauber , Lack am Fenster Blätter ab . Alles was mal weiß war ust heute gelblich.

Es war urgemütlich und angenehm hier für zwei Tage zu residieren.
Pros:

Es war alles da, was wir brauchen und nicht der ganze Schnickschnack, den die Überkadidelten zu schätzen wissen und deren Fehlen sie in ihren Bewertungen bemängeln. Das ist dann aber für uns aber immer ein wichtiger Hinweis auf eine "für uns" geeignee Unterkunft.

Cons:

Risse in Klobrillen, defekte Steckdosen im Badezimmer, die nicht mehr richtig in der Wand montiert waren. Kein Ablauf der Dusche und keine Duschkabine/Vorhang. Im 3. Stock unterm Dach keine Verdunklung möglich. Keine Klimaanlage. Temperatur war unerträglich. 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. TV nur wenige Sender oder gar kein Empfang. Sauberkeit nicht gegeben.

Lovely staff and perfect location for US embasssy
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the US embassy, which is the main reason that I booked it. It is clean, close to a restaurant and located perfectly for the embassy visit.

Es ist ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, direkt neben dem amerikanischen Konsulat gelegen, mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Grünflächen und ein See sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.
