Un hôtel confortable et pratique
Pros:

Chambre familiale très pratique avec 3 lits, identiques aux photos de l'annonce. Lits confortables, bonne douche, rue très tranquille la nuit, petit lobby sympa au deuxième niveau. À trois minutes de la station de métro.

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble voisin et le bruit commençait avant 8h. La direction de l'hôtel n'est évidemment pas responsable, mais dans ce genre de cas il serait normal de baisser le tarif des chambres. Aussi la porte de la salle de bain grinçait, dérangeant la nuit.

The hotel is a bit outdated but other than that, everything is great
Helpful staff, rooms are on the small side but it is london and if I can open my luggage and still walk around I find it a success.
Bathroom is nice and renovated.
Really nice, lovely location and I booked 3 more nights.

Cons:

Walls are a bit too thin, woke up once hearing someone heavy snoring in the other room and there's construction in the next building.
If you're a deep sleeper it shouldn't be a problem.

Très bon emplacement et très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

C’est très calme, l’établissement est très bien situé. Les chambres sont certes petites mais confortables. Et c’est propre. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le plus : un lounge, avec un frigo et de la vaisselle 😊

Buena ubicación y bien de precio para ser Londres
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Buen barrio, al lado del metro con dos líneas principales y todos los servicios necesarios.
El hotel está bien, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero si solo vas a dormir, es suficiente.

Cons:

El baño es bastante pequeño, sobre todo la ducha.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 100mts de Earls Court (estación del metro). Tienen un lounge en el cual ofrecen cafe y te para los huespedes. La habitacion es pequeña pero comoda y limpia.

Cons:

En mi habitacion hubo un problems con el agua caliente. Salió tibia.

Great Location, advise mgt. if something not working well.
Pros:

This hotel was very well situated, close to M & S and the Tube, as well as some restaurants. The room had most of the basics, except for a microwave and fridge, but I was able to work around that.

Cons:

The first time I tried to take a shower, I could NOT adjust the water temperature -- it was too hot to put my hand under the stream. I tried EVERYTHING to change it. NOTHING WORKED!! Since I was undressed I was unable to go downstairs to ask for help. I ended up washing my hair in the sink basin, which was very small. The second day, the SAME THING happened. When I told the attendant downstairs as I was leaving, she said I should have notified them. Also, I was not able to get any TV channels that were worth watching.

a great option for an overnight stay for a few days
Pros:

What I liked most about my stay was the staff's approach, especially the person who checked us in on Wednesday morning. The staff was very helpful, and the location is great; there are shops nearby and a metro station just a few minutes away.

Cons:

the room was quite narrow but the beds were comfortable and it was clean

What a fantastic place
Pros:

Great hotel, with such a nice atmosphere! I loved the little balcony, free coffee, big bed (even for 1 person). Great price, just next to all possible public services. I will be back :)
