Cons:

I was not able to bring the wooden blinds down and as a consequence wake up every morning around 5.30am. The hotel had air conditioning, however the rooms did not.

Zimmer nicht bekommen wie gebucht, bestätigt und reserviert. Keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Lage ist gut, Ambiente ansprechend, Personal bemüht sich, freundlich zu sein. Frühstück gut, mit Bedienung, an einem Tag zuvorkommend, an dem anderen Tag eher reservierte Freundlichkeit.

Cons:

Extra eine Suite gebucht, die mit 2 Betten angeboten war und explizit so bestätigt war. Im Hotel war die gebuchte Suite nicht verfügbar, nur eine mit einem kleinen 160 cm breiten Doppelbett mit einer Matratze. Auf meine Reklamation hiess es, ich hätte nur die Kategorie gebucht, bzw. ich hätte das extra anfragen sollen. Auf die Frage, warum ich anfragen solle, wenn ich eine Bestätigung mit 2 Betten bekommen habe, hiess es, dafür könne man nichts. Naja, was soll ich denken, wenn ein Hotel etwas anbietet, über eine Plattform bestätigen lässt, und sich dann nicht daran hält und die Schuld anderen zuschiebt.
Schade, das geht besser und kundenfreundlicher, vor allem, wenn man 4 Sterne Superior ausweist und nicht unbedingt günstig ist.

Spacious, comfortable, stylish room in a beautiful building in a most pleasant, quiet neighborhood, which is nevertheless within short walking distance of Munich center. Dedicated and helpful staff.

Un hôtel idéal pour apprécier une pleine relaxation et proche des biens culturels de Munich.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner de haute qualité, personnel bienveillant et aux petits soins. Emplacement calme. Le dressing dans la suite junior juste génial. Le restaurant "affilié " à l'hôtel (le Gandel, à 2 minutes de l'hôtel) où nous avons souper, était juste exceptionnel.

Cons:

La douche dans la baignoire et le rideau de douche pas adapté à la grandeur de la bainoire, pas d'aération dans la salle de bain, pas de frigo dans la chambre.
