En general todo bien.
Pros:

Ubicacion. Quedo muy cerca de la terminal de trenes. Tambien del Casco Historico, pudimos llegar a ambos lugares caminando.

Cons:

Habitación: El baño muy pequeño. El aire acondicionado no respondía del todo bien. Teniamos un poco de frio y no logramos subirle la temperatura, entonces en recepción, de manera muy atenta, la señorita que nos atendió, en su computadora le bajo la temperatura, pero no se reflejó en el cuarto.

Pros:

The hotel is close to the train station which will get you to locations quickly. It took about 20 mins to walk to Marienplatz or you can hop on the train. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We didn’t realize when we booked that just a block away is an adult club and what seemed like a gambling club across the street. They weren’t problems, per se, but we had young kids with us and it would have been useful info.
The AC went out on our 3rd night and because of construction scaffolding outside our window it felt unsafe keeping the window open for air at night.
The breakfast area was not quite big enough to accommodate the amount of guests staying at the time either.
