Hotel básico , mas pra nós foi suficiente só p descansar
Pros:

O quarto estava como nas fotos. Achei a cama e cobertores confortáveis.
A localização é ótima , poucos minutos da estação de trem e do centro histórico há uns 15 min andando .
Tem uma lavanderia self service perto.

Cons:

Faltou só ter um café da manhã incluso.
O chuveiro era muito bom , parte que alguém pode se encomoda e é que o bico já é dentro do quarto .

Sechs angebotene Zimmer, kein sauberes Bett – keine Erstattung durch das Hotel
Pros:

An dem Hotel hat einzig die Lage gefallen. Zimmer, insb. Sauberkeit, und das unfreundliche und wenig hilfreiche Personal waren leider katastrophal.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Cocoon Stachus für zwei Nächte vom 11. bis 13. September 2026 gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden uns nacheinander vier Zimmer angeboten, die alle nicht für uns nutzbar waren (Haare und Flecken in den Betten, Fäkalgeruch, ...). Anschließend wurden wir an das Schwesterhotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof verwiesen. Auch die beiden dort angebotenen Zimmer hatten dieselben Sauberkeitsmängel. Nachdem uns insgesamt sechs Zimmer angeboten worden waren, ohne dass eines ein sauberes und nutzbares Bett hatte, sind wir in das Motel One München Hauptbahnhof gewechselt. Dort haben wir bei einem ähnlichen Preis einen sehr sauberen Aufenthalt und freundlichen Service erlebt. Besonders enttäuschend: Obwohl wir keines der angebotenen Zimmer genutzt haben, hat das Cocoon eine Stornierung abgelehnt und den gesamten vorausbezahlten Betrag einbehalten. Nach Einschaltung von Booking.com hat Booking.com zumindest deren Eigenanteil erstattet. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir das Cocoon Stachus nicht empfehlen.

distribución de la habitación muy rara con el lavabo en la entrada, televisión antigua sin Netflix ni demás canales, el agua de la ducha se salía del plato y entraba dentro de la habitación...calidades justitas, aunque aparenta muy bonito en las fotos.
