Überraschend ruhig und sehr zentral
Pros:

Wir waren überrascht - trotz der sehr guten Lage (man ist sehr schnell am HBF und sonstwo) ist es sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber schön, das Bett sehr gemütlich.
Besonders geschätzt haben wir die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Damen und Herren an der Rezeption! :-)) Ebenso, daß diese 24h besetzt war und sehr genau nachgefragt wurde, wer ins Hotel hinein möchte. Da fühlten wir uns sofort sicherer, was in dieser Bahnhofsgegend ganz gut ist ...
Toll ist auch der kostenlose Wasserspender mit stillem und leicht gesprudeltem Wasser (24/7)

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker: tolles (Bio-)Brot, wunderbare selbstgemachte Aufstriche, Käse und Wurst von guter Qualität und vielfältig, viel geschnittenes Gemüse etc. Als Müslifans würden wir uns vielleicht noch sowas wie Leinsamen und Nüsse und Haferflocken pur wünschen, aber der Rest war so lecker, daß wir uns darauf gestürzt haben :-) Es gibt auch problemlos Ersatzmilch. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte einen Vorhang, durch den es leider etwas durch-"regnete". Sonst war das Bad sehr schön.
Es gibt sehr guten Eilles-Tee, da hätte ich mir für den schwarzen Tee einen Samowar mit sich erhitzenden Wasser gewünscht. Das ist aber eher ein "Luxus-Problem". Sonst gibts nix zu beanstanden. :-))

Although the location was convenient and the room was clean, the breakfast, amenities, and overall quality did not match
Pros:

I only liked the location, as it was close to the train station. Also, the room was clean because the cleaning lady came every day.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor, and the room — as well as the overall value for the price — did not meet expectations. We had requested a double bed, but we were given two single beds pushed together, each with a separate duvet. The heating system is ‘hidden’ behind the curtains and must be operated manually. The hotel is an old building that has only been lightly renovated.
