Sin ascensor, sin aire acondicionado y hotel viejo.
Pros:

El precio asequible y tener muy cerca una buena cafetería . También era muy tranquilo no se oía apenas ruido con las ventanas abiertas

Not an area for families.
Pros:

Breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, though the breakfast itself is just ok.

Cons:

We hated the area. It was a dirty area, you couldn´t walk half a block without running into some drunk or people smoking pot in the sidewalk, there were strip clubs less than a block away, and even a sex shop with items on display outside in the way to the bus stop.... This is not an area for families. As we came to the hotel we immediately requested to leave, but they wouldn't let us leave without charging the entirety of our booking, and this would hurt our budget too much so we had no choice but to suck it up. The hotel staff blamed it on Booking.com, and booking.com said it was ENTIRELY UP TO THE HOTEL and not to them. So they very much forced to stay there even as we clearly did not wanted to and said it to them since our very arrival.

Struttura accettabile ma brutto quartiere
Pros:

Camera molto pulita. Staff estremamente disponibile.

Cons:

Posizione purtroppo non bellissima: quartiere adiacente a stazione di grande città, per cui soprattutto la sera occorre stare molto attenti. Parcheggio interno con pochissimi posti auto: il parcheggio convenzionato è interrato e poco accogliente, a 5-10 minuti di strada a piedi e con lo stesso problema del quartiere, soprattutto se si torna di notte.

Personale alla reception e alla cucina eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Zona orribile e discretamente pericolosa. Struttura un po' vecchia, mancanza di aria condizionata se non tramite ventilatori o con condizionatori portatili con tubo di sfogo raffazzonato dentro la finestra. Ascensore malfunzionante.

Fantastic stay and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming! The lady on reception was exceptional and did her up most to get us in our room early and get us settled after a horrendous journey!

Cons:

Maybe the businesses around it - was a bit seedy which is a shame as the hotel is lovely!
