Mooie kamer, prima ontbijt. Bleef constant goed aangevuld. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligbedden. Prima hotel. Erg aardig personeel. Gratis veel parkeerplekken voor auto.

Tolle Lage, oberhalb vom Zentrum mit Blick in Richtung Monte und Hafen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet

Perfecte locatie aan de rand vd stad. Goede faciliteiten. Prima kamers en service personeel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The views are great, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a wide range of choice. However, the reception staff were outstanding – it’s not often that you get excellent service with a sense of humour. They were really exceptional.

The food was excellent, the staff were brilliant, and the room was good and clean.

Der Blick über Funchal ist wunderschön. Morgens draußen zu frühstücken, fanden wir sehr schön.

Prima lokatie en zeer makkelijk parkeren in de buurt. Ook een prima ontbijt met ruime keuze.

Amazing views from.room.as long you get room with sea side view. Very friendly hotel stuff . Shuttle bus to the town for free. indoor heated pool was decent. Good location roughly 40min walk to the town . No problem with parking and its for free either. Great view from breakfast and restaurant area.

Pleasant hotel . Depending on your fitness levels walkable to the centre and also to the Lido area. We were given a room initially but the view was marred by a tree so we asked for a higher floor, they found us room 150 and the views were great. Our room had been updated , however we were disappointed not to find bath robes, it would have been nice to wrap up on a morning to enjoy the views with a coffee and they would have also been useful when using the indoor pool. Shower fine although a strange residue of a previous non slip covering on the floor of it. Handles on wardrobe ridiculously hard to use, tiny and hurt when you gripped them as small and square with sharp edges. Mini bar well stocked , tea and coffee and kettle provided although only decaf coffee ?? and only 2 small portions of milk. The lady cleaning the room did start to leave 4 portions about 4 days into the holiday. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice and we sat outside each morning looking at the view. The outdoor pool looked lovely but we did not use as weather mixed but it was a nice area of the hotel, the indoor pool area and gym however was tired looking and needs investment as due to the weather it would have been used much more . We ate in the a la carte restaurant twice , food tasty but service slow . The cocktail bar was nice but a bit dated but there is a small outdoor seating area and you can get snacks.
Tips, ask for a higher room . Download the Bolt taxi app. Use the courtesy bus sometimes , a great plus for the hotel. Wear suitable shoes for the hills .

Ik had een kamer met een mooi uitzicht op de zee.
Buffet (avond en ontbijt) was prima, alleen is het ontbijt maar tot half 11. Personeel is vriendelijk, al werd ik geholpen bij het uitchecken door een trainee en was vergeten m’n kamerpasje terug te vragen.
Je kan gebruik maken van de bagagekluis, zwembad is heerlijk, douche en andere faciliteiten op de kamer zijn goed, fijn balkonnetje en grote tv.
Locatie is prima, is nog wel even naar de stad, maar daar kun je de gratis shuttle bus voor gebruiken. Naar het vliegveld is het nog 25 minuten rijden. Naast een binnen en buiten zwembad is er ook een squash-/tennisbaan, gym, massages, etc. Ook na uitchecken kun je nog gebruik maken van de faciliteiten.

Hotel se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji. Prekrasan pogled, pogotovo navečer. Imali smo sobu s pogledom na more. Hrana je bila izvrsna. Imali smo polupansion (preporučujem). Nakon cjelodnevnog razgledavanja otoka nema boljega doći u hotel i spustiti se na večeru koja je svaki dan bila raznovrsna , od kuhanoga do narezaka i sireva, od raznih hladnih salata do voća i kolača te torti. Popiti čašu vina i uživati u panoramskom pogledu na osvijetljen grad, bez da morate razmišljati kako čete doći do hotela ako ste u gradu i ako vozite.
Preporučujem renta car u hotelu. Jednostavno i brzo. Bez depozita i dodatnih zavrzlama oko rentanja. Auto vam dostave u hotel i vi ključeve ostavite na recepciji. I čak je jeftiniji nego u gradu ili preko bookinga. Preporučujem automatik jel vožnja po otoku i nije tako lagana i jednostavna. Ulice su dosta strme i uske pa kad se morate mimoilaziti s autobusom u brdu nije baš ugodno i lako. Ceste su jako dobre i s navigacijom se možete jednostavno i lako kretati po otoku.

Это отличное место, если вы летите на мадейру и хотите получить эмоции и хорошее впечатление то смело арендуйте этот отель и просите номер с видом на океан! Все отлично, в целом ставлю действительно высокую оценку! Из минусов завтрак не супер шикарный, парковка маленькая возле отеля, ночью может не быть места, спа сауна по предварительной брони, не удобно, по сути спа плохой и зал никакой. Все остальное хорошо и вид просто нереальный!!!!!! Я рад что мой первый раз на мадейре я забронировал этот отель!
