Excellent séjour dans cette hôtel avec une vue sur Funchal et l'océan à couper le souffle.
Nous avons eu le bonheur d'être surclassés en suite sans que nous en ayons fait la demande...
Le staff est très accueillant et aux petits soins.
Les infrastructures sont bien entretenues.
Une navette gratuite est proposée entre l'hôtel et le centre-ville sur réservation préalable auprès de la réception. Très pratique sachant que l'hôtel est perché sur les hauteurs de Funchal. Le restaurant à la carte est également très raffiné avec des produits frais, une présentation sophistiquée un service soigné à des prix très corrects.
Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre choix et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Hotel bem tratado, funcionários 5 estrelas e de enorme simpatia. Fizeram um upgrade para um quarto com vista para o mar, que foi TOP. Tem frigorifico no quarto. Piscina interior agradável, já a exterior é muito boa, com excelente vista, mas demasiado perto dos quartos. O shuttle que nos leva gratuitamente ao centro do Funchal é excelente e fez poupar no parqueamento e chatices de estacionar. Localização longe o suficiente da confusão, mas num instante estamos no centro Linda vista sobre o Funchal. Adorámos a sala do pequeno almoço e o mesmo tem variedade mais que suficiente.
Muito poucos lugares de estacionamento, tendo em conta a capacidade do hotel. O colchão podia ser mais confortável. Os canais da TV nem sempre apanham bem o sinal. O sinal da internet é fraco no quarto em que fiquei. As piscinas e ginásio ficam um pouco longe, dependendo do quarto. Devia haver mais informação na recepção da Madeira. Um mapa seria essencial.

Todo o staff foi extremamente simpático e prestável das senhoras da limpeza, aos trabalhadores da recepção, bar, restaurante, etc.
O Hotel está muito bem localizado e tem uma vista incrível pelo que vimos o fogo de artificio do final de ano do terraço do mesmo e foi dos espectáculos mais bonitos que já vi.
Os quartos poderiam ser mais uniformes sendo que uma zona do hotel tem quartos mais modernizados e confortáveis que outros (ex: janelas que não isolam totalmente o som exterior). Mas assim que pedi se poderia ser trocada de quarto de forma a descansar melhor fui rapidamente mudada para um quarto melhor, pelo que agradeço a eficiência.

I would welcome if breakfast would start sooner than 7:30 as we wanted to do hikes from early morning. My bed was squeaking so much it was quite noisy when you are turning during the night :D
