We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Funchal. The room was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a small fridge, which was a nice bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it included all the essentials: good coffee, fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, and other breakfast favourites. Everything was fresh and tasty, so we always started the day satisfied. The hotel also has a lovely lounge and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the food or simply relax with a drink in a peaceful setting.
The absolute highlight of the hotel is its three rooftop terraces. They are perfect for sunbathing throughout the day, and the views over Funchal are stunning. One of the terraces also features a small outdoor swimming pool with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—an ideal place to unwind after exploring the island. The location is another big advantage. There are plenty of great brunch cafés just around the corner, and the harbour, shopping streets, and the centre of Funchal are all within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a fantastic location, and wonderful spaces to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Чистый номер, очень удобная постель, современный ремонт. В номере есть чайник и холодильник.
В отеле есть красивая терраса на крыше и бассейн. Вода была прохладная, но ребенок купался)
Завтрак вкусный! Остановка автобуса 500 из аэропорта /в аэропорт в нескольких минутах - очень удобно добираться!
Le personnel de la réception était très gentils, serviables et à l'écoute, la jeune femme faisant le bar + le dîner le jeudi soir était également très gentille et souriante.
La chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner correct et l'emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal sur Funchal, moins de 10 minutes à pied de la mer et proche des transports et restaurants.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'est pas très accueillant et peu souriants c'est dommage ..
Les joints de la douche de la chambre mériteraient un coup de rafraîchissement car ils étaient noirs.

Really good location, the staff explain everything, the room was nice and clean. The parking wasn’t include, but they offer options where and the prices so you can choose.
I recommend this hotel if you visit Madeira
The parking is not include, I will advise to send a message when you book the room and explain that in case you are going by car you need to reserve your parking lot, before arriving
Perfecte locatie, alles in de stad op loopafstand. De mensen aan de receptie erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn zwembad met zit/ligzakken. Ontbijtbuffet redelijk uitgebreid.
Parkeerplaats voor de deur, dit wel vooraf bespreken want het is soort prive terrein.
De kamer was wel heel klein, we hadden een balkon erbij genomen en dat scheelde.
Hotel is keurig en lijkt pas opgeknapt maar ook wel heel zakelijk en daardoor wat karakterloos.
