The cleanliness of the hotel is adequate.
The women working at reception are very kind and do their best to help. However, when you ask them for an invoice or receipt, their faces freeze, discomfort and fear appear in their eyes, and the answer is that they cannot give it to me because Booking handles that. Three days before departure, I received a notification from Booking that I can only get the invoice from the hotel, and that I should ask the property to issue it. I told this to the woman at reception; she took down my details and said she had to send them to headquarters because they don’t issue invoices at the hotel, and that they would send it to me in a few days.
I have never before stayed in any hotel in the world where I did not receive a bill at reception upon departure. After four days passed and I still had not received the invoice, I called the hotel. The woman at reception told me she would definitely notify them to send me the invoice. As I expected—because it was clear to me what was going on—nothing happened for several days. Then I got a number and called a gentleman at this headquarters, who told me he would send it the same day. Of course he didn’t—neither that day nor any day after.
The breakfast is worthless, not worth mentioning.
