Tem tudo para ser um bom hotel , é só ver o que está mal !
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ser muito melhor e não tão repetitivo !

Cons:

Sanita da casa de banho com pouco fluxo de água, luz do teto da casa de banho que não funcionava , é inacreditável que nos dias de hoje não tenha tomadas pelo menos 220v nas cabeceiras das camas , o mini bar não refresca nada , a televisão não dá os canais principais Portugueses , muito mau não ter estacionamento, etc……..

Friendly staff, breakfast included, lift and central location

Cons:

Would have liked to be able to turn down air con a bit lower in very hot weather was fixed at 19°
Preferred a bath mat to velcro strips was nervous of a fall in bath at least there was a grab rail.

Pros:

The room was nice with a very big bathroom. Only had the chance to stay over the night as our flight got cancelled but it was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tres bien situé pour se déplacer dans la vieille ville

Super bien placé dans la veille ville : A 2 pas du Mercado et de la rue Santa Maria, du port. Etablissement propre

Recommended and excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent. If you are a first time visitor in Funchal, you should stay here and everything is just a walking distance. The new manager was very responsive to settling a cleaning issue for me and made sure everything was good. The staff were very nice, friendly and responsive.
