Pros:

Ótima localização! Quarto amplo e limpo! Bom atendimento em geral. Pessoa da recepção conseguiu que entrassemos no quarto um pouco mais cedo e saíssemos um pouco mais tarde.

Great location and great hotel. The staff are very friendly. There are bus and train stops everywhere. Would come again. Breakfast was very good and it varied everyday. They served us natas when we requested. Nelson is very very nice and he helped us a lot.

Cons:

Sometimes the wi fi stopped working and came back a little later. The soap needs to be filled more often. The bottle was almost empty.

Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, especially if you are traveling for work. It is within walking distance of the old town, while at the same time being very close to the business district downtown. The rooms were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Wi-Fi speed and coverage could be a bit better. At times, it was hard to get a signal at the far edge of the bed.
