Location was not bad and staff were really great and friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, I had blood stains on all but one pillow and sheets. There were also black hairs on sheets and pillow that were not mine as I’m blond. Also the bathroom sink stopper didn’t work and would not drain so I had to pull it out. Things were dusty and dirty in both bathroom and bed area.

Cama muito grande e extremamente confortável. Pequeno-almoço bastante variado.

Cons:

Quando chegamos, as garrafas de água estavam vazias. No dia seguinte, quando chegamos ao quarto pelas 16:15h, estávamos cansados e queríamos descansar, mas ainda não estava limpo. Tivemos de ir à receção pedir para limparem o quarto, o que nos obrigou a sair novamente do hotel. De madrugada, um alarme no corredor ligou várias vezes seguidas. Para um hotel de 4*, esperavamos um serviço melhor.

Pros:

Ficámos apenas 1 noite (casal + criança 2 anos) e adorámos a experiência. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e acessíveis, ajudaram-nos com as malas até ao quarto, a vista era fantástica (sorte de ficar num dos quartos com varanda no piso mais alto) e o almoço com muita variedade e tudo muito bom.

Cons:

O único ponto mau acerca do hotel é o facto do estacionamento do próprio hotel ser a pagar (19€ a diária). Relativamente a Lisboa, para quem não está habituado, o trânsito é confuso, as atrações são um pouco longe umas das outras para andar a pé e os estacionamentos são todos a pagar.

O hotel está localizado na região central de Lisboa, em frente à estação de metrô, facilitando o acesso à pé ou por transporte público aos destinos turísticos da cidade.
