Pros:

Mycket trevlig personal! Fick champanje på födelsedagen! Massagestol på rummet som vi flitigt utnyttjade.Nära till Metro och en fin park precis utanför. Frukosten serverades på taket, där fanns även baren att nyttja på kvällen, utsikt över staden.

Pros:

Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metrostation der roten Linie die zum Flughafen fährt. Das Zentrum ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Personal: freundlich und hilfsbereit
Zimmer: meins war klein und mit alten, dunklen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings auch schöne, helle renovierte Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, von gebratenem Gemüse bis hin zu frisch gepresstem O-Saft ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Zimmer war nicht so angenehm und im Badezimmer war durchgängig Abwassergeruch. Bei geschlossener Tür ging es aber.
Da mein Flug sehr früh war bekam ich ein Lunchpaket als Frühstück. Das Brot war leider unübersehbar verschimmelt.

Pros:

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse jeden Morgen. Das immer hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Personal. Die Metro mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einem Metro Kreuz und man konnte die Erschütterungen bis in die 9. Etage hören. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Cons:

Atendimento a chegada deveria ser um pouco melhor.
Entregam cartão ao cliente e nem sequer acompanham o mesmo ao seu quarto para mostrar o mesmo.
Jovem que nos fez o checo in inclusiva mal olhava para os clientes estava mesmo a despachar para voltar a conversa na porta atrás do balcão único aspeto negativo.
