The hotel is situated right next to the metro station, incredibly convenient to get around the city & to explore Lisbon. Not a modern hotel but is good with clean room and bathroom plus the daily housekeeping. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Wide variety of options breakfast served on the 11th floor rooftop bar with amazing view.
There's sparkling water, still water, coffee, and tea in the room, which was a thoughtful
Wifi is great. Luggage storage is convenient. The check-out time is at 12:00 which is a bonus on the last day.

Cons:

Would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom for hanging the towels and clothing.

A localização do Hotel facilitou nossas visitas
Pros:

Boa localização para o Metro. Bom café da manhã. Toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias. Recepcionistas muito atenciosos. Bom chuveiro.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não estava sob controle total, pois no meio da noite era desligado, sem darmos comando. Luz muito forte do painel desse ar condicionado. O black out das cortinas não vedava totalmente a claridade. O banheiro não tinha janelas e nenhuma opção de exaustão.

Great location, right at the entrance to the metro station. We had a room at 7th floor, with a nice view towards the city center. The breakfast was included and served on the rooftop which was a plus. It had standard food, but the coffee is always better on a sunny morning on the roof on 11th floor :)
The staff was nice and helpful. The weighter in the reception area is a good addition for travellers that need to measure the weight of their baggage before going to the airport.
The room was maintained daily by the cleaning service.

Cons:

Just some minor things. Some additional hooks or shelves in the bathroom would be good to hang some clothes while taking a shower. Not much space around the sink, if there is more than the toothbrush, toothpaste and a soap.

Terrible!
Cons:

Noisy, slamming doors and thin walls. Room too hot, had to call front desk to change the temp. A/C came on at 3am and froze us awake. Do not book this place!

Proximidade da estação de metrô, café da manhã no rooftop com vista maravilhosa para Lisboa, bom atendimento. Tinha uma ótima cadeira de massagem no quarto!

Cons:

O hotel parece antigo, então o piso de lajota e as portas não são lindas... O sabão líquido do banheiro (loção de banho) não era muito cheiroso. Mas nada demais, pois o hotel entrega conforto, limpeza e silêncio, que é o que realmente importa pra uma boa noite de sono.
