Hotel au top...
Pros:

Très bon hotel avec des employés à l accueil au top.. la chambre était parfaite et nettoyée tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Arrivés vers 10H30, on nous a de suite proposé de garder nos valises avant l enregistrement. Le petit plus, l entrée du métro se trouve à 10 mètres de l entrée de l hotel.... difficile de faire mieux......

Óptima experiência, acima das expectativas!
Pros:

Localização excelente.
Dos melhores pequenos-almoços de hotel que alguma vez tomei, variado, bons ingredientes.
Staff muito atento, simpático e atencioso.
Óptima relação qualidade/preço.
Quartos e espaços comuns extraordinariamente decorados, para o valor dos mesmos. Boa qualidade de mobiliário

Cons:

As casas de banho tinham um aspecto muito velho. Banheira com tapete de borracha e muito velha, completamente manchada de amarelo.
Cheiro a canos que emanava da retrete e falta de exaustão para retirar os vapores da mesma.

Sinto que para melhorar o quarto, apenas a presença de um espelho maior, mas é apenas um detalhe.

O isolamento sonoro poderia ser muito melhorado. Ouvia-se a trepidação do metro cada vez que passava e o barulho na rua e corredores do hotel, apesar das janelas duplas.

Os elevadores pareciam encalhar a meio caminho, foi um pouco constrangedor.

Direkt an der Metrostation. Frühstücksbuffet gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit mies. Auf dem Board war seit Monaten kein Staub gewischt worden. Angebotene Wasserflasche war angetrunken. Unterlagen der vorherigen Gäaste lagen noch herum.
