Good 3* hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Perfect location. Nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean and meet the standard for a 3-star hotel. The hotel is quiet, despite its location on a main street with a metro stop. Breakfast is above the standard of a 3-star hotel.

Cons:

The room furnishings require a little refreshing. Double beds are narrow for two people.

Buona soluzione servita dai mezzi
Pros:

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla fermata Alameda della linea rossa e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Dalla parte opposta della strada c’è anche l’autobus che porta in direzione belem. La colazione proposta era abbastanza buona sia dolce che salata. Per chi è ciliaco c’è anche un angolino gluteen free

Cons:

Ci è stata assegnata una camera all’ultimo piano, bella la vista ma non sapevo ci fosse il rooftop al piano di sopra quindi ogni sera si sente rumore in camera (mi pare sia aperto fino alle 11). Noi siamo capitati anche ad una finale di calcio quindi c’è stato abbastanza trambusto, le altre sere più sopportabile. Gli ascensori sono 2 ma non funzionavano sempre quindi può essere ci sia un po’ di attesa al mattino durante l’orario della colazione.

The location made me book the place but the hotel should be entirely renovated. The rooftop is astonishing, book a room where you can have breakfast from there.

The bath tube has draining problem with water. Room are not insulated

Everything was ok. Location for me was excelent. Stuf was great and supportive.

Cons:

Theres nothing i didn't like. Maby there where no launge, but everything was ok. And the hotel at the begining charged me twice for city tax.
