Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Funcionários muito gentis. O nível de serviço e gentileza é um ponto difícil para nós brasileiros em Portugal. Dada falta de bom humor característica portuguesa.
Mas este hotel foi uma excelente exceção. A senhora que me recebeu foi nos solicita e gentil.

Cons:

Apesar de estar ao lado da Praça Marques de Pombal, que é um ótimo ponto, no início da Liberdade. O hotel está a uma caminhadinha dos principais pontos turísticos.
O café é muito simples.

Great Location!!
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was cozy.

Cons:

The breakfast for the price could be better. The towels are very old!!!

Localização, cama s café da manhã são pontos altos
Pros:

Cama confortável, acabamentos modernos e limpos; ótima localização, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco pequeno para caber 2 malas; cheiro de esgoto que sobe pelos ralos do banheiro; travesseiros desgastados. Apesar disso, a acomodação é boa.

Good value. Great location. Recently renovated
Pros:

The room and bathroom had been recently renovated. New and clean beds, fresh towels.
Lovely view and great location, close to subway and two small but nice supermarkets and a few restaurants.
Excellent value for the cost

Cons:

The room I was allocated was the only one occupied on that floor and there was still renovation work going on. Lift was working but quite old
