Basic hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants. Located approximately 5/10 minutes walk from Trindade metro station, so great accessibility for airport metro. Rooms were basic but had kettle, minibar, aircon and a safe, even a magnifying mirror for us ladies in the bathroom. Good size for two of us and a great walk in shower. Requested to borrow an iron and they brought it straight upstairs. Rooms cleaned daily. Aircon leaked on the second night, but we reported it and it was fixed that day. Rooms and stairway could do with an update as slightly tired looking, but we found it comfortable. Very quiet, we didn't get disturbed at all by any noise, infact we slept longer than we usually would 😴. Friendly staff at the 24 hour reception. Pingo Doce supermarket within a five minute walk. Remember comfortable trainers are a must in Porto, as its very hilly and alot of cobblestones. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Esta muy bien ubicado . El personal muy amable. Teníamos el checkin a las 14h y llegamos a las 12h y nos dieron la habitación antes y encima nos dejaron escoger que tipo de cama queríamos.
Me gustó la ubicación a un paso de todo lo más importante que ver zona con muchos bares y tiendas 2 opciones de parquímetros enfrente y al lado no le doy un 10 porque creo que siempre se puede mejorar pero todo perfecto el desayuno completo un poco de todo y los empleados del hotel muy amables para todo , te guardan las maletas ,y de noche ningún ruido calle silenciosa , seguro recomendaremos amigos y familia .
Todo bien no hay nada que no me gustara relación calidad precio no podría pedir más ,lo recomiendo totalmente.

Colazione ricca, sia dolce che salato staff colazione impeccabile
La camera aveva dimensioni ridotte e affacciava su un vano scale mal tenuto e poco pulito. La doccia presentava inoltre un guasto al commutatore tra diffusore fisso e doccino mobile: bloccato su quest'ultimo, ha richiesto l'intervento della reception, che con una pinza lo ha spostato manualmente sul diffusore fisso, disabilitando così il doccino mobile.
Posizione comoda e camera confortevole.
Ogni tanto arrivavano strani odori dal bagno, probabilmente le tubature.
Ma nel complesso è andato tutto bene.

No fue una buena experiencia, el aire se rompio la primera noche y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta, el chico de recepción estuvo de griteríos hasta las 3 de la mañana bajo mi ventana; aunque lo comenté al día siguiente nadie se excuso.El aire lo arreglaron al día siguiente.No volveré, pues no era de calidad aun siendo un 4 estrellas.
