La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, se llega fácilmente a pie al centro histórico. El desayuno es muy completo y de calidad.
El personal es amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas.

Room was cleaned daily. Amazing.

Cons:

A few items that I did report to the Reception. It was not a big deal but they may need to check that before the next guest comes in:
-A few ants on the bed, on the floor and in the bathroom.
-AC had a weird noise every once in a while. It was a bit annoying and it woke me up a few times. Not sure if something is broken inside or what it was... AC still worked perfectly fine and was pretty strong.
-Bathroom fan was not working so all the steam/humidity and odours stayed in the bathroom for a few hours.

This next item is NOT the hotel's fault. It's on us because we did not find another room to book, so this is an advice for couples: do NOT book a room with two separate single(twin) beds. Even though they are "joined" and make up for a queen/king bed, they keep sliding off each other so it was really a pain...

No me gustó nada

Cons:

Absolutamente un desastre, las fotos no son las de las habitaciones, el tele está roto, no hay un teléfono al cual comunicarse.
Se olvidaron de enviarme los códigos de ingreso, estuve 40 minutos esperando.
No recomendable para nada

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es adecuada, recorrimos desde allí Oporto sin dificultad. El personal del hotel fue muy amable en intentar resolvernos la dificultad de conseguir parking e informarnos respecto a temas turísticos que les consultamos.

Cons:

Que pensábamos que el hotel contaba con estacionamiento, pero lo que hay es enfrente un parking público y a media cuadra un parking privado que estaba lleno. Por suerte se liberaron lugares y logramos dejar el coche alli, sino en el publico, por no ser europeos, deberíamos estar recargando el estacionamiento con mucha frecuencia, lo que sería imposible.

Een prettig verblijf maar drie sterren is beter van toepassing dan vier. Maar wij gaan terug.
Pros:

Goed gelegen, net buiten de drukte maar overal dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel met uitzondering de mensen die tijdens het weekend werkte: ontbijt en onthaal. Vaste medewerkers zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

De tramhal. Als je de lift niet gebruikt, kan je naar beneden via de traphal met versleten vast tapijt en een vuil toilet.
De kwaliteit van het ontbijt was wisselend. Als je tijdens het weekend later ging ontbijten waren er soms heel wat zaken op en ze werden niet aangevuld.

Ideal para reponer energías
Pros:

Amabilidad y disposición del personal de recepción. Una mención especial para Anna por su calidez, organizando tu visita para aprovechar cada minuto en Porto, con excelentes sugerencias.
La ubicación del hotel permite recorrer la ciudad caminando desde el hotel sin mayores cuestas.
Desayuno normal con ventanales frente al verde de la plaza. Muy agradable para comenzar el día.
Habitación impecable, distribución inteligente para mayor comodidad. Buen colchón y almohadas.

Cons:

Aunque en general todo es impecable, sugeriría pasar un paño húmedo en el piso del baño para que no queden pelos y revisar las tazas.

Le pdj à améliorer et à varier aussi , le manque de serviettes et accessoires de la salle de bain . Trop de clim dans les couloirs et réception. Il faut vite se réfugier soit dans l'ascenseur ou un édroit isolé
