Pros:

Arriati con auto a noleggio e trovato parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Dietro consiglio dello staff non abbiamo utilizzato i servizi pubblici per andare in centro ma siamo andati a piedi ed utilizzato taxi che non sono molto cari. Colazione soddisfacente. Staff molto disponibilee cordiale

Personnel agréable et hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, disponible et arrangeant. La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale, à proximité de la Rua Santa Caterina, proche des transports en commun (bus + entre 2 stations de métro). Les chambres sont assez confortables et le petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Un peu bruyant selon la chambre occupée. Mais j'ai pu demander un changement de chambre après la première nuit et la personne de l'accueil a fait son possible pour me trouver une autre chambre, un peu moins grande mais moins bruyante.

Hotel carino e pulito, con personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Apprezzatissimo il piccolo angolo con caffè, tè e torta gratuiti sempre a disposizione degli ospiti, davvero una bella attenzione!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa: il lavandino del bagno non scaricava bene, cosa un po’ fastidiosa.
Nel complesso comunque esperienza positiva!

Everything, very attentive staff, very good Breakfast, the room and the bathroom was big and spacious,

The parking was a little small, but in Europe almost every parking are the same, so that was not an issue
