Staff Joana was great and helped us

The hotel had all the expected amenities, and the staff was helpful and cordial. Breakfast was excellent - lots of hot and cold options. I enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood that is not filled with loud tourists. There's a wonderful food court a block away that stays open late - Mercado Bom Successo. I found it wonderful for getting a quick bite after a long day of exploring.

Good peaceful area, easy to get around

There is a mall next to the hotel and supermarkets and other stores nearby. There is a Mercado Bom Sucesso a block away. Best place to have dinner and spend a relaxing day or night

Nice room

I like how clean my room was, and as well as the building. I was able to communicate with the staff of my needs. The front dest staff, Edwado, Maria, George, and Mattheu, who helped us with our luggage, since the elevator liff outside was not working. The beds were hard. The bath tubs too high.

Très belle hôtel, très propre. Un peu décentré de la vieille mais facile d'accès. Tous est a porter de main. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ily un parking sous-terrain 15 euros par jour.

Hotel offered everything that was needed. Very accessible to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very attentive

Clean room, helpful staff!

The hotel rooms are NOT soundproofed: you can hear someone sneezing in the next room. We had an issue after check in with a kid constantly screaming in the room next door. Went down to ask for a room change and the lady at front desk looked irked at the request, gave me a room change, but clearly said nasty things about the request to.her colleague in Portuguese. Quite unprofessional and rude!

Overall, the stay was decent. Pillows were crap. The only plus was that the property is located next to a very nice and quiet mall, which has a grocery story and laundry facilities. Other than these points, i wouldn't book this place again.

It was lovely

The rooms and the sit down areas were clean and neat but the staff wasnt very friendly and people were smoking in our floor and the customer service couldn’t care less unfortunately.

Uncomfortable beds. Hairdryer wouldn't turn off so had to just cut the electricity to the whole room (nice hairdryer though). Rude, almost arguably racist man at check-in desk who was very rude to people who speak little English, had the patience and look of a man desperate to get home (probably even though it was the middle of his shift). Another 2 women who greeted us at some point during our stay were nicer though. Incomprehensible why we pay the city tax at check-in rather than check-out (it is not city policy, we paid at check-out in other hotels). Booked a taxi for my family (on a different booking) - was quoted a ridiculous price (found cheaper by half elsewhere).

Nice stay! My only complaint would be the bed....it was so hard!

This hotel is a great option if you want to avoid the city's noise. It's in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. The subway station is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept.

Short walk to the metro station casa da musica and the crystal palace park. Corteous and helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast was very good.
