Early room cleaning lady and no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign in bedroom, they had them at reception but should be in every room.
Great buffet, variety of food, great coffee; location was very central, the room has been cleaned every day. Employees very friendly and always willing to help.
Elevators very slow and noisy, stopped on every floor. Entertainment was always with music from the 80’s and very boring. Beds had bedposts and the walls were very thin therefore it was always very noisy from the above floor.

I'm not a fussy eater, but I think the food could have had a wider selection to choose from
I couldn't fault the hotel itself, the facilities & location are great if you're wanting to be near the strip.
On arrival, considering there were two to a room, we only had 1 bath towel but, were able to collect extra from reception.
After a couple of days, we wanted fresh towels, so we left the used ones in a pile in the bathroom, after returning to the room later that day, they had been removed but, no fresh towels were left, so another trip to reception, the toilet rolls weren't replenished all week, leaving us with nothing on day 4
I feel there needs to be consistency with housekeeping, as others had daily towel changes & toilet rolls replenished.
Although these are only minor issues, guests shouldn't have to keep running to reception for what should be done as standard.
Gostei muito da comodida, da comida, do espaço, da piscina.
Acho que quando metemos meia pensão, já deveriam estar incluidas as bebidas, mesmo que a gente pague um cadinho mais. Deteste os horarios da piscina, abrem muito tarde e fecham muito cedo
Hotel com excelente localização, zona sossegada mas muito próximo das principais ruas, onde encontramos os bares, discotecas e restaurantes. Em 10min(a pé) chegamos à praia. O hotel tem animação e uma piscina incrível, tanto para adultos como para crianças. De salientar a simpatia de todos os funcionários sem exceção. A comida era boa e o quarto estava sempre limpo. O hotel tem 2 elevadores panorâmicos com vista para a piscina. Sem dúvida o hotel a escolher nas próximas férias.
Apesar do hotel ter 5 elevadores nas horas de maior fluxo estamos muito tempo à espera e quase sempre optamos ir pelas escadas, o que para nós não era problema porque estávamos num piso baixo, mas para quem tem problemas de mobilidade ou para quem está nos pisos mais altos (tem 12 andares) torna se muito chato.
