Cons:

Fuimos en la semana de noche vieja y había mucho cliente inglés. La animación estuvo adaptada especialmente a ellos entendiendo que eran mayoría. Los ascensores escasos y en continuo mantenimiento, se quedaban obsoletos para tanto público.

Brilliant would stay again

The food was lovely. The maids came daily and were lovely.
Entertainment was good and it's not far to the bars and night life. Not to far to the old town either. Bit set back and dark path at night. Maybe need more lighting .

Ok, wouldnt stay again

We to stayed 24th Feb to 3rd of March and did not here of or see any signs of sickness but agree with other points of last review. I would add that check in is a total farce, queue up to check in to be told room is not ready, leave luggage in room and come back at 2pm, came back at 2.30pm to find an even bigger queue because they tell everyone the same thing, collect your luggage and then queue for the lifts to get to your room. Outside lifts are noisy so request a room away from these

If you like hot food there’s a microwave between a few 100 of you!
Pros:

Arrived 24 Feb over next few days hearing about sickness and diarrhoea, someone throwing up reception toilets many reports of sickness. After 3 days mandatory use of hand gel in dining area. No official explanation that management said there was an airborne virus.
Food not even warm even if you were first in. Microwave available to heat food up , what’s that all about?
Day 6 caught virus ,bed bound.
Before day 6 tried asking for ice to have drink in room as we didn’t want to sit with 100 others if there was airborne virus, had to buy a bottle of water to get ice 2.30e
Showers on floor 10 go from cold to scalding while showering, air conditioning hot or cold no good. Lifts I think every Trip advisor has covered this for years. Arrived home on 3rd March wife now ill in bed with “Virus”. Thank you Rio Park for a memorable stay.

El buffet de comida. Limpio, cómo y céntrico. Aparcamiento fácil gratuito.

Cons:

Hay todo un lateral del edificio que da a una máquina verde horrible que hace ruido las 24 horas. Debe de ser la caldera o alguna instalación permanente del hotel que tiene que estar siempre encendida. Cuando se lo dijimos, actuaron como si no conocieran el problema, pero seguro que mucha gente se ha quejado antes. Tuvimos que quejarnos por segunda vez para que nos cambiaran de habitación.

Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

Arrived on the 24th February, and on the 26th myself and my partner ended up extremely ill with sickness and diarrhea and were bed bound for 2 days. Spoke to quite a few other people in the hotel who had been hit with the same illness. Didn't eat again in the hotel after this as we were too scared. The food we did have the first 2 days wasn't the best anyway and was always cold. Lifts were a nightmare trying to get up and down to the 8th floor. Location was good and staff were lovely but wouldn't return.

Our experience
Pros:

After reading a few other reviews of sickness and diarrhea in the hotel, I thought I should also write one, My wife didn't have sickness but she had severe diarrhea, 3 times she didn't even make it to the toilet, bedding covered with it, I had to strip the bed and put sheets into a carrier bag,( i would like to thank the maid for being so helpful) Just like to say that this was our 3rd visit to the hotel and we really like it staff are great, this happened towards the end of Feb.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Came back from rio parkon 28 February spent last 2 days at hotel with sickness and diarrhea . The food was never hot barly warm and not verygood one microwave was available to warm food up Entertainment was poor I would not recommend this hotel
