Hola. Cuando hicimos la reserva con media pensión, aparecía la opción de pagar 10 € más por persona para ampliarla a pensión completa, pero al llegar al hotel nos informaron de que esta opción no está disponible hasta agosto

Pros:

Location fantastic. Food fantastic. Rooms fantastic .draught Beer not so good. Checking in is absolutely terrible full bus at a time arrive yo this hotel .2 people on reception. You could wait over 1 hour before you get checked in then they tell you come back in 3 to 4 hours for your room keys .so take a small case with shorts and a top to get out of your travel clothes .thats why I wouldn't return to the rio park .

Las habitaciones sucias y antiguas!!! Este hotel no vale sus 4 estrellas. Menos mal que estuve 2 días. Llego a estar una semana y me voy al segundo día. QUE ASCO!!! Pelos, suciedad, falta de limpieza. Ósea me trajeron una cuna llena de lamparones y rota y SUCIA. Las camas sucias. EL BAÑO CON PELOS!!!!! Las paredes con marcas como de sangre. Ósea por favor!!!! Limpien las habitación que ascooooo!!!!
