El coche no llega a la puerta del hotel, y esta enfocado a ingleses todo. Cuarto de baño se filtraba agua de la ducha, y la habitación no la aspiraba y siempre tenía restos de arena.

The location and facilities and staff were really nice, but the booked family suite doesn’t fit with the pictures, I claimed and got an answer the hotel is fully booked. The cleanliness, better nothing to say about it 🤢

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos, equipe de limpeza do piso 6, uma senhora de alguma idade TOP, super querida, simpática e muito atenciosa. Equipe de animação TOP, super divertidos, super profissionais proporcionam uns dias incríveis.
Há sempre animação durante todo o dia e à noite. Tem uma senhora muito simpática que está sempre no hotel à noite,faz tranças e tereres, as crianças adoram. Para nós foi o segundo ano neste mesmo hotel.
Alimentação poderia ser com um pouco mais de qualidade, contudo era bastante variada, tinha muita fruta variada.

We have stayed here many of times but the beds around the pool
Are so uncomfortable they need to be replaced the around the pool

We love this property but it does need stuff doing
We really liked the breakfast, the location, and the comfortable beds and pillows. The room was a little small because of the extra bed, but this was understandable as we were travelling as a couple with our 8-year-old child. The pool area was also very nice, and there were plenty of good activities.
I had read some reviews complaining about the elevators and thought they were probably exaggerated, but unfortunately they were right. During busy times, it was very difficult to use them without waiting for a long time. I would recommend asking for a room no higher than the 4th floor, as we often ended up using the stairs, and being on the 6th floor made this quite a journey.
For dinner, there were enough options if you are vegetarian, but I think some extra attention could be given to the themed evenings. For example, on burger or hot dog nights, there were no vegetarian versions, so we could not really enjoy the theme. In general, however, the regular buffet had good vegetarian choices, and there was almost always a protein option such as tofu or seitan.
