Terrible service
Pros:

Room was ok in terms of cleanliness and even decor..
but the reception was open in random times. When i got there the doors were closed. The number on the door no one picked up… the people working there didn’t speak very good English..
Generally great area, but poor choice of hotel.

I didn’t stay there. I waited outside for over 1 hour and the advertisement on this place is FALSE. No front desk, no answer. In London at midnight with no where to stay.

スタッフの方も親切ですし、立地もとても良いです。暖房は必要十分くらいの暖かさです。宿泊した部屋にはエアコンが見当たらなかったので夏の暑い日はちょっと辛いのかなって思いました。他の部屋の話し声が聞こえてきたりしますが、それほど気になりません。秋冬春ならば、また宿泊させていただきたいです。

Exceptional hotel for price+location
Pros:

Found it to be exceptional quality of hotel I would expect for the area/star rating of hotel/price. It was clean, quiet, pleasant. No frills but nothing bad or concerning either. I come to London 4 times a year, and would certainly stay here again.

Der Raum war viel zu kalt (um die 15°C). Das Bad war so verwinkelt, dass man kaum Platz hat. Am Schreibtisch war keine Steckdose.

Good for solo traveler and the deep sleeper
Pros:

The service was great but the bed was uncomfortable and small at all , you can’t sleep because you hear any one open the door or walking or going up or down the stairs in the hotel.

Comfortable bed, good water pressure, silent at night. Too hot in the room ( summer/high tempertures) but when we asked we got a small ventilator.

Fuktigt källarrum.
Pros:

Vi fick ett rum i källaren, där väggarna var dels trasiga sen fuktskadade. Mögel i badrummet, och fuktig golvmatta. Hela källarvåningen luktade mögel och fukt. Hotellrummet städades varje dag och bäddades men ej skönt att lägga sig i fuktiga sängkläder pga fukten. Rummen över källaren kan säkert vara bra, men detta rum var ej att rekommendera.

Pros:

A picture is worth a thousand words - see attached photos: curtain so dirty it is grey instead of white, broken shower doors and dirty shower, hole in comforter, frayed window cord, broken bathroom tile, shattered window pane with ladder, hose, equipment 2 feet outside. We did not capture the stained carpet, the sewer smell, no ventilation, or the noise. We asked for hand towels and location of an ice machine; we were told, "We don't have either. Hotels in London are not like hotels where you come from."

Top Lage, insgesamt gutes Hotel leider nur etwas verwohnt. Kühlschrank ist ein Muss, was es leider nicht gab. Für 3 Nächte gut.

London 2 night stay
Pros:

room was very small, as was the bathroom, only facilitating one person/ 1 suitcase ( which I was,) no ventilation or heat. However it was clean, fairly quiet & reasonably priced. It,s star attraction is the location without which you would just not stay there.
