Agradable y mejorable.
Pros:

La atención del personal, el espacio abierto y la ubicación.

Cons:

Ambiente descuidado en la habitación. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no se veía reflejado. El baño anticuado, poca luz y poco cuidado.

Pros:

Очень большая, удобная парковка в отеле. Пешком до старого города 10 минут. Очень удобно для туристов на своем авто.

Cons:

В номерах ковровое покрытие. Из-за этого ощущение легкой пыли. Сантехника не в очень хорошем состоянии.
Лифты все исцарапаны внутри. Один лифт иногда плохо закрывались двери. Для отеля 4 звезды это несколько странно выглядит.

Hotel muy correcto aunque algo antiguo
Pros:

Personal muy profesional dispuesto a cumplir los deseos del cliente
Hotel amplio en zonas comunes y gran limpieza en todas las áreas
Camas y almohadas cómodas y TV grande en la habitación

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó necesitaba una reforma , la moqueta , sobre todo, era muy antigua y afeaba bastante la habitación, lo demás de la habitación pasable
La habitación muy limpia pero con fuerte olor a productos de limpieza

Cons:

Vam haver de dormir a,26 graus al febrer. No es pot regular la temperatura habitació. I a la dutxa el mateix. No disposen d un regulador dd temperatura. I has de fer correr molta aigua per arribar a la temperatura dessitjada.

Nice location, walking distance to the main attractions, spacious parking

Cons:

Toilet flush was not properly operating, it was also super stuffy in the room even with an open window although it's winter time. Eggs for breakfast were raw

Café da manhã muito bom apesar do local abrir somente as 7h. A localização bastante boa, permitindo caminhar para vários restaurantes e atividades ao redor.

Cons:

Um dos elevadores estava em manutenção e atrapalhou o fluxo na saída do hotel pela manhã .

La ubicación y limpieza del hotel

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación algo pequeña ,la cama que era para mi hijo estaba junto con la mesa de la habitación y era algo peligroso por si se golpeaba la cabeza ,las dos camas juntas (matrimonial) y la que quedaba cruzada la individual no dejaba mucho espacio. Igualmente era por una noche es solo un detalle .

Edificio antiguo, bien decorado y cómodo.
Pros:

El hotel en si esta muy bien. Edificio con ciertos años pero muy bien aprovechado.

Cons:

La única nota negativa que yo pondria es el sistema de la taza del water con agua en el fondo...no es muy agradable ver tu deposición flotando en esa cantidad de agua
