Hotel da consigliare soprattutto x la comodità del sevizio parking interno alla struttura.

Llegamos tarde. Solicitamos que nos reservaran una plaza de parking y no pagándola pudimos. Que hago con el coche si llego a las doce de la noche y no tengo plaza? Lamentable no dar este servicio

Car parking charges spoils the whole experience
Pros:

very smart hotel, luxury feel, near plenty of shops and restaurants. Very busy streets for driving.

Cons:

The high charge for parking, if customers had no where to park, the hotel wouldn’t be so usable and could suffer. €16 per night is far too expensive when paying to stay in the hotel. Other hotels don’t charge anywhere near this amount, the previous two hotels didn’t charge at all.

La wifi lenta y a mi habitación no llegaba apenas señal, tuve que trabajar con la conexion compartida del movil, deberian tenerlo en cuenta de cara a asignar las habitaciones ya que en el rellanomde ascensores era buena.

Tanto mis hijos como nosotros disfrutamos mucho siempre que vamos con la habitación familiar y el silencio y tranquilidad que hay en general en el hotel . Usamos servicio de habitaciones por primera vez para cenar los niños y les encantó, todo rico y abundante .

Nos asignaron una habitación diferente a lo contratado y de primeras no quisieron
solucionar indicándonos que es que la habitación era así,, nos tuvieron casi una hora esperando alguna actuación , al insistir que esa no era la habitación familiar y que estábamos esperando solución decidieron darnos la habitación correcta.
Luego nos estuvieron mareando con las llaves que no abrían las puertas y tuvimos que acudir a la recepción varias veces, me pareció que las dos personas del mostrador eran poco profesionales y bastante pasotas . Nos gusta acudir a este hotel y usar la habitacion familiar , pero está última vez no fue una experiencia tan agradable como siempre que vamos .
