Buena atención
Pros:

Su personal,muy amable ,la limpieza y nuestra habitacion muy amplia

Cons:

Para ser de 4 estrellas le faltan muchos detalles En el baño solo gel y champú,no es propio para las esas estrellas.
Le hace falta modernizarlo un poco.
El desayuno algo precario.

Pros:

La piscina, en la terraza, el chiringuito y el coche guardado en plaza de garaje, los desayunos muy buenos, la habitación bien

Cons:

Para empezar, pedí la habitación a las 13 horas y no estaba, eso da igual, pero quedaron en llamar y eran las 4 y si no voy que me den, la chica de las tardes un poco grosera y el wifi no llegaba a la habitación

The reception staff were amazing, and could not do enough for us, exceptional and they made our trip
Pros:

The staff were amazing, we booked this hotel after we were cancelled at the very last minute (the night before) from a booking we held for a year, after there was apparently a flood. Because I was travelling with my three grandchildren under the age of 7, this is their only holiday I could not let them down and as it was the first week of the summer holidays, there was nowhere available within the price range, without paying extortionate amounts at this last minute. We were exceptionally unhappy and miles away from the rest of our family and the location is extremely difficult to leave without a hire car or very expensive taxi's, we were utterly miserable and the staff definitely would have experienced this. They were amazing and did everything they could to assist us at all times. The reception staff are by far what makes this hotel.

Cons:

The location. The hotel is situated in an industrial street, some walk to the beach, not that close.
Once at the beach, the location is much improved.
Lovely beach.
Public Transport - you definitely need a car. The hotel is in a peninsular and very difficult to get around without a car. The local car hire shop closes from Saturday lunchtime until Monday morning and is expensive.
The pool is small and a little tired. The pool area is small.
I booked a family room for my oldest son and his children, this did not have enough beds until they were moved on day 3 to the correct amount of beds I had booked.
The rooms are small and with little space.
The balcony did not have space to sit outside, nor stand.
