Pros:

its a nice hotel in general

Cons:

the smell coming from the bathroom plugholes was awful - it was like this last time we stayed in 2024 on a different floor - at that time we were told it was being fixed . this time it was worse . we had to keep the bathroom door shut . we had a busy weekend & didnt spend much time in the hotel so it didnt warrant a complaint at the time .

but I would suggest they get it fixed as it was awful and has put us off returning

Pros:

Отличный отель с великолепным сервисом. Рядом парк. Очень отзывчивый и прекрасный персонал, готовый помочь абсолютно по всем вопросам. Вкусные завтраки и отличный маленький ресторан для обедов и ужинов, все очень вкусно. Качественная уборка номеров, бутылочка воды каждый день. В 5 минутах хотьбы можно найти место для парковки.

Pros:

Nice standard of hotel, only one night but a comfortable stay as we were travelling through Spain. Bed comfy and room decent size. close enough to walk in to centre and places around to eat.

Cons:

Secure underground Parking was across busy road and in the rain a bit of a pain with suitcases etc. But this is a minor inconvenience.

Near the river with easy access to the old, historic parts of the city.
Pros:

Lovely historic hotel, very smart in an interesting area, and a short walk to the railway station .

Cons:

The name is a bit of a mouthful! But otherwise nothing to dislike.

Birthday treat.
Pros:

This was a birthday present for my wife, a 2 night stay at the hotel we have visited many times. Nothing could have prepared us for the level of service and surprises we would get. First we were given a bottle of cava at breakfast, and then mid afternoon another surprise another bottle of cava a giant cookie and gummies delivered to the room. As well as the excellent service and helpfuness of the staff as always this was above and beyond and made the visit very special for my wife. Special mention for the lady at breakfast who went out of her way to make it special for my wife and I plans are afoot to return already and probably next years birthday too.

Excellent...stay here!!!!
Pros:

A superb welcome when we arrived. Lovely room ready for us before our expected check in time. Comfortable bed, lovely bath, great breakfast, working lift and excellent location.

Cons:

Parking was 19euros per night slightly away from the hotel.
