Every member of staff we interacted with was fantastic. Reception were always smiling. The lady at breakfast could not do enough for you. Location was brilliant. Short walk to everywhere.
Pool area was a bit on the small side. Went up on our first afternoon and you couldn’t get a space. It did not detract from our break.

this is our second stay, wonderful hotel, so clean and comfortable. The staff are very attentive and very helpful. Its close to the Bull Ring so great venue to stay for the concerts held there.

En general todo bien. Lo mejor la amabilidad del recepcionista. Íbamos a ver un concierto y él lo iba a ver al día siguiente. Fue profesional, amable, nos proporcionó una plaza de parking muy fácil de aparcar y ancha cuando le dijimos que el coche era ancho.
No puedo decir nada negativo. Solo estuvimos una noche y no recuerdo nada negativo.
Todo en general, cercanía,limpieza,instalaciones y el personal,sobre todo el buffet de diez,todo lo que se le pide a un hotel de 4 estrellas.Recomiendo al 100%.
Ver qué tenían un cartel con la puntuación de Booking y sólo tiene un 8,8.Me parece muy poca para todo lo que ofrece.
Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till gamla staden. Fint pool att svalka sig i och fantastisk personal som gör att man känner sig hemma. Stor tack för den fina detaljen på min födelsedag.

Punto a mejorar: bañera. Mucho mejor ducha para tener mejor accesibilidad. No se podía abrir la ventana del baño por su situación. Todo lo demás, excelente.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. Bed and pillows very comfortable . We were there for a concert at the bull ring and it was a 15 minute walk so great location for that.
There was a problem with the room service app and it took over an hour for a basic pizza. The pool area is pleasant but small with limited beds and not much shade when it is very sunny.
Rooms quite corporate, no frills and a bit dated.
Lovely small, local hotel with a lovely rooftop pool (albeit very small) and bar. Rooms very comfortable and staff we so friendly and helpful. A short walk to old town. Highly recommend
