Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Frequently praised as very clean and impecable in multiple reviews, though a few isolated issues reported (ash in bathroom, black marks/moisture in shower) lower the score slightly.
Service
9
Consistently highlighted as very friendly, helpful and attentive; numerous guests praised reception staff and recommendations which strongly supports a high score.
Location
8.8
Described as central and well-situated with easy access to the centre; however repeated parking difficulties (limited street/paid/resident parking) slightly reduce the rating.
Room Quality
8
Rooms noted as clean and some spacious showers; several comments about uncomfortable or unstable beds, noise near the elevator, and inconsistent air-conditioning performance.
Amenities
8.3
24-hour café, sizeable breakfast offering and good coffee are positives; parking options are limited/expensive and there are reports of AC control issues, so amenities are solid but imperfect.
Value for Money
9
Multiple explicit mentions of excellent quality-price and good value, supporting a strong score for value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast and coffee receive positive comments (varied breakfast, very good coffee); usage varied among guests but overall F&B is viewed favorably.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall very positive sentiment: many would recommend or return, citing cleanliness, quiet and excellent staff; minor negatives (parking, AC, occasional cleanliness lapses) keep it from being perfect.

Ich würde die Parkmöglichkeit gar nicht erwähnen. Das ist eher eine Falle um sich das Auto zu beschädigen.
