Cons:

L'apéritif un peu trop cher, un peu de sangria dans beaucoup de glaçons pour 13 euros le verre

Fantastic hotel, great location, beautiful comfy room.
Pros:

We stayed in the junior suite, it was exactly like the photo, modern, lots of lights, immaculate and super comfy and very sound proof.

Cons:

Breakfast! It was beautifully laid out, there was great choices, but they had ran out of cold milk at 9am and also the heat lamps that keep the bacon, eggs, beans etc clearly don’t seem to be working correctly, everything is cold, the bacon is rock hard and the fried and scrambled eggs are like rubber.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel au calme avec une suite très bien agencé.
Le personnel aux petits soins.

Werde ich gerne wieder hinfahren
Pros:

super große Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderbares, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, obwohl es sicherlich älter ist, macht es einen modernen Eindruck. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, haben es aber sehr genossen. Auch der Stadtteil ist sehenswert, wunderschöne alte Villen. Wir haben von der Rezeption den Tipp für eine sehr gute Tapa Bar bekommen, nur wenige Minuten entfernt

Pros:

Excellent location in a quite Art Nouveau district. Great park 100m away and a roundabout with many busses that take you downtown. Nice food and breakfast. polite stuff. Great parking garage with an extra cost. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated the balcony. Very clean.

Cons:

Would prefer thorough cleansing of the breakfast utensils they often smelled of egg. It would be even better if the Tv was connected to the internet and could use youtube for music.

We had a lovely stay in Santa Cruz - hotel location is good and suited our needs for that weekend.
