Lovely hotel in wonderful town with excellent restaurants. Nice bathroom and comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff and nice library seating area. Staff also made reservations at Casa Xurde - don’t miss out on dinner there! Nice hikes nearby. Amazing value !

Fantástico sitio. Todos los detalles muy cuidados. Personal muy amable y atento. Habitación grande con baño grande. Con vistas al rio. Muy tranquilo para un buen sueño.

Hotel céntrico, en pleno centro del pueblo de Arenas de Cabrales.
Positivo: localización, personal amable, camas muy cómodas, nevera en habitación.
Puntos a mejorar: insonorización habitaciones, el cuarto de baño se queda algo antigüo.

Very hot rooms. No fans or A/c available. Fridge in the room was not working. More than basic breakfast. Better breakfast available around the corner.

Aspecto a mejorar, la orientación de la habitación. Cuando hace sol, no hay manera de evitar que este sobrecaliente la habitación por la tarde.

Un 3 estrellas que parece más un 4 estrellas. Hotel muy agradable con excelente accesibilidad a Picos de Europa. El hotel cuenta con una enorme biblioteca muy agradable, piscina y buenos servicios. Aunque el hotel da a la carretera está perfectamente aislado. El precio quizás un poco subido, por ser temporada alta (agosto) y quizás por eso justificaría que se incluyese el desayuno. En cualquier caso al estar en el centro de Arenas de Cabrales hay varias cafeterías céntricas. Hay un aparcamiento público-gratuito justo detrás del hotel. La señal del wifi era pobre en las habitaciones.

O hotel é simpático. Precisa de ser actualizado ao nível do conforto em especial na casa de banho; qualidade da cama e atoalhados; e na climatização, a qual simplesmente não existe. O quarto onde fiquei era de pequena dimensão.

Hôtel très bien placé avec un accès très facile aux massif des Picos de Europa. Le personnel est très prévenant et nous a conseillé pour les lieux de randonnée. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu trop cher, mais il y a plusieurs possibilités dans le bourg d’Arénas avec des boulangeries et des brasseries.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were delightful and only to willing to help. Rooms were spotlessly clean and recently decorated. The only negative comment was that the breakfast was a bit basic, otherwise everything was excellent and great value for money.

Buen hotel, pésimo aparcamiento. No pudimos aparcar una noche porque estaba completo.

This was a great visit. We stayed for eight nights and had a pleasant room with twin aspect with a view of the mountains. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel's situation makes it ideal to visit the beautiful mountains for walking and also the coast with some lovely beaches. We enjoyed several meals at the hotel which were very good value and the swimming pool was welcoming at the end of long hot days. Amazing value for such a comfortable hotel.

We stayed just one night in the Picos de Europa. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel itself has a lovely cosy feel, the bar area is a lovely place to relax for a drink at the end of the day. We ate in the restaurant, which we didn't really enjoy, but it just wasn't to our taste so no fault of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff couldn't have been nicer. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well positioned in the centre of the village, close to bars and restaurants. The room was clean, but very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was free and on-site.

A lovely hotel with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff were attentive, courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel without issue and will be using it again on our return to the picos de europa and areanas de cabrales.
