La piscina exterior cierra a las 18:00 y la interior a las 19:00. Muy temprano

Tuve un pequeño problema con la habitación y no dudaron en ofrecerme una de categoría superior.

Ubicación, personal y buffet desayuno

Cons:

Es un hotel muy grande con todo tipo de habitaciones, las más económicas son grandes y están muy limpias, si bien necesitan un lavado de cara.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con la fecha de la reservacion y no me han ayudado para cancelarla a pesar de haberme quedado igual y pagar mas caro en el lugar, luego nada que ver las instalaciones con lo que realmente es, tiene un area antigua que deja mucjo que desear y esa es area que me han dejado todo de obra de hace 50 años bastante lamentable.. y que no sean comprensivos dejándome cancelar la reserva que se que es mi error pero a ellos no efectúa ninguna perdida

Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, very big & with a fabulous view.
All staff friendly & helpful.
Good range of food, something for everyone.

Cons:

Windows needed cleaning, especially in restaurant.
One of the lifts rattles a LOT when reaches level 7. We were above this level.
