Para volver el año que viene!! Estupendo

La pisicina y el trato de los empleados y las actividades para los niños y la habitación que era espectacular el desayuno muy bueno

Hotel muy antiguo con mal olor en la habitación. Colchones antiguos e incómodos. Baño muy antiguo. Buffet con pocos platos y muy repetitivo. Solo hay 2 ascensores para todo el hotel y había que esperar mucho tiempo.

Todo Incluido muy completo y una ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Hemos estado muy a gusto, especialmente con el Todo Incluido. En todo momento te avisan si algo no está incluido y de si lleva suplemento, así que no hay sorpresas.

Nada más llegar, la chica de recepción que nos atendió fue súper amable y nos dio una hoja donde nos apuntó todos los servicios que teníamos incluidos, con los horarios y dónde podíamos disfrutar de cada uno.

La ubicación es fantástica: abres la puerta y estás en la playa. Además, con la tarjeta de la habitación puedes hacer uso del Todo Incluido durante un horario muy amplio. La habitación era grande, cómoda y con una terraza estupenda, y otro punto muy positivo es que siempre estaba lista antes de la hora de comer.

El parking también es muy sencillo. Tanto en la entrada por recepción, donde hay varias explanadas para aparcar, como en la entrada de la zona de playa, donde el movimiento de coches es continuo, resulta bastante fácil encontrar sitio.

Durante todo el día hay snacks, patatas y bebidas incluidos. También nos gustó mucho que te proporcionen ellos los vasos para las bebidas, en lugar de tener que estar llevando siempre el mismo vaso como ocurre en otros hoteles. En el restaurante hay autoservicio de bebidas y el buffet tiene bastante variedad, con carne y pescado preparados al momento, además de otras opciones.

Las actividades durante todo el día son otro punto muy positivo, ya que están organizadas y diferenciadas para niños, jóvenes y adultos, por lo que hay opciones para todas las edades. Además, los toboganes son un puntazo para disfrutar en familia. También nos pareció muy buena la organización con las hamacas: si dejas las toallas durante más de una hora sin utilizarlas, las retiran, evitando que haya hamacas ocupadas todo el día sin nadie.

En general, una estancia muy buena y un Todo Incluido que merece la pena, especialmente por la ubicación, los horarios, las instalaciones y la cantidad de servicios que ofrece. El personal fue muy amable y la organización nos pareció muy buena.

Cons:

Como único punto negativo destacaría los ascensores: en determinados momentos era prácticamente imposible coger uno y había que esperar bastante.

Pros:

Está en primera línea de playa. Los trabajadores son geniales, tanto animadores/as, camareros/as.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron olía muchísimo a humedad… No se podía dormir ahí y tras mucho insistir nos dieron otra.
El hotel está muy anticuado y necesita reforma urgente. Tiene olor a rancio en general.
Buffet es muy repetitivo y la calidad no es digno de un 4 estrellas.
En el paseo marítimo no hay tiendas prácticamente.
