Pros:

Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de mare. Personalul foarte amabil, si atent la cererile clientilor.

Cons:

Camerele sunt cam invechite, pt un hotel de 4 stele nu iti ofera nici macar papuci de interior. Nu am putut sa luam nici macar contra cost, erau disponibile doar pt camerele “de lux”
Am avut camera pt doi adulti si un copil si ne -a dat camera cu doua paturi de 1,35m lipite
Nu puteai sa dormi pt ca in timpul noptii paturile se desparteau, si riscai ca sa cazi intre paturi.

Confortable, agradable y de relax total.
Pros:

Ubicación buena,rodeada de tiendas,bares,y demás aunque viajé en temporada "baja" y todavía muchos estaban cerrados.
Instalaciones muy buenas,con toda clase de confort, igual que las habitaciones.
Comida estupenda y el todo incluido con mucha variedad y calidad.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me agradará.

Hotel muy recomendable, personal muy profesional, volveremos!!
Pros:

Sobre la cena estuvo bien muy variada, aunque había que ir a ultima hora debido a la gran afluencia de gente. Se necesitaría poder tener abierto el comedor mas tiempo para diluir las aglomeraciones.

Cons:

Fuimos a descansar el fin de semana, a veces había mucho ruido de gente joven!. Se debería controlar un poco esto para el descanso de los demás.

Falta de respeto a situación de discapacidad

Tamaño de la habitacion y comodidad de cama

Cons:

Trato del personal, tengo movilidad treducida, usuario de silla de ruedas electrica, solicito al hacer la reserva habitacion adaptada o al menos con ducha, se responde "sujeto a disponibilidad". Al hacer el checking la recepcionista no hace ningun comentario al respecto, cuando llego a la habitación, el baño es con bañera y nada accesible. Si al menos me hubieran justificado la no disponibilidad y facilitado algun elemento para facilitar la estancia, podría haber admitido la situación, pero ese total desprecio no me parece ya no digo ·no adecuado", si no casi de faltan de humanidad y por tanto inadmisible

Pros:

La localisation, l'espace et le personnel très accueillant

Cons:

L'odeur de l'eau du robinet et de la douche qui sentait extrêmement fort les produits chimiques impossible de me brosser les dents ou même me laver les mains... Prendre la douche était un réel challenge tellement s était insupportable. Étant enceinte peut être que je sentais d avantage les odeurs mais alors j avais jamais vu de l'eau qui sentait aussi mauvais.
L'hôtel est vieillot il mériterait une rénovation pour être au goût du jour.
