Pros:

Muy buena estancia en el hotel, la comida nos gustó mucho a la familia, en primera linea de playa, buena atención y limpieza. Repetiríamos sin duda. Recomiendo sin duda visitar la playa en San José.

Cons:

Habiendo mundial y dos partidos de España, podrían haber preparado algo mejor las instalaciones, tuvieron problemas técnicos para ver el partido y no se veía bien. Poco sitios para los huéspedes que habíamos

Vacaciones de 10!
Pros:

Muy buen trato por parte de todo el personal. Tuvimos un percance en la habitación y en menos de una hora estaba solucionado. La zona de la piscina fenomenal, a los niños les encantó! La comida muy buena y variada. La animación infantil para los niños de 10! Variedad en los bares y restaurantes. Mucho personal, lo que hacía que no tuvieses que esperar para pedir. Hemos disfrutado mucho!!

Cons:

Nos alojamos en el séptimo y hacía muchísimo calor en el pasillo. El tiempo de espera para subir y bajar en el ascensor había en algunos tramos horarios que era larguísimo.

Obras al lado de mi hamaca y al lado de mi habitación.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue:
-Que estaban haciendo obras en la piscina justa al lado de nuestra hamaca, y obras también en la habitación justo de al lado lo que imposibilitaba por el ruido por ejemplo echarse la siesta. Solución de la directora: trasladarme a otro hotel en el que por supuesto no estaba mi familia
- El buffet resulta muy repetitivo para ser un cuatro estrellas
-Las instalaciones pues aceptables de un hotel con 38 años que prácticamente no ha sufrido reforma alguna
-Pedimos dos almohadas más en recepción y la camarera no las dejo porque nadie se lo había comunicado.
-Pedimos también que nos dejaran gel de baño porque no había.
-Creo que tenía más expectativas en la cadena Playa Hoteles de las que finalmente han resultado.
-Habia lamparas que no funcionaban en la habitación y nadie creo que las había comprobado.

Vacaciones en familia
Pros:

La ubicación respecto a la Playa, la animación tambien se lo curaba mucho sobre todo en los expectaculos de por las noches.

Cons:

Que la merienda del todo incluido fuera dentro y no en la piscina.
Que habia que llevar siempre las tarjetas encima

Genial en familia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy completas, en pleno julio encuentras tumbonas sin mucha dificultad, el servicio bufet estuvo muy bien. Y la ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias aunque un poco anticuadas.

Cons:

Si llevas coche el parking es muy estrecho, pero con unas 100 maniobras aparcas.

Always room for an improvement but overall great

Pool 10/10. Nice food

Cons:

Bar by the pool had only one type of beer, Cruzcampo, I'm not looking for something very special, international brands etc, but Cruzcampo beer is literally the worst south of Spain has Alhambra and other beers too, so it would be great to at least have a choice of two different brands, especially for people like me who travelled as not all inclusive. Another not that I don't like but more like suggestion: there was DELFI kids club, which is great, but since doggies are allowed and there were so many dogs in the hotel I think daycare centre for doggies even a small tiny canine area would be much appreciated because they're not allowed by the pool so you don't want to leave your dog alone all day in the room
