Pros:

la habitacion impecable con todas las instalaciones nuevas. linda vista.cama comoda. Un poco chica la habitacion pero bien. No tomamos desayuno porque nos gusta salir a tomar cafe en la ciudad.

Cons:

estaba un poco lejos del casco antiguo. Por eso me parecio un poco caro el precio considerando que habia que pagar estacionamiento y que no estaba cerca de la parte touristica

Don't stay there without ear plugs and a knock out pill.
Cons:

We checked into our room and noticed a very loud humming every ten minutes. It sounded like a huge fridge turning the compressor on and off. We assume it was the air conditioning on the roof because wee were on the 7th floor. asked for a change of room and was told the hotel was full. The receptionist agreed to come to the room to see first hand and agreed that the noise was present. He pretended that it was a new thing, but we are certain this could not be true. He told me that they could refund my money and I could look for another hotel. That was in the evening on a Friday night, so the chances of finding something at the last minute was very unlikely. Plus, we were travelling with friends, which would have meant we would have to be staying in different hotels. After much discussion the receptionist agreed to move our room for the second night which they did, but we were not able to sleep a wink and the change of rooms did not make up for the inconvenience and the sleepless night. We were only there for two nights. No offer to discount our stay or refund our money.

Well located and great breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Well located, close to the beach and Txubillo / Mount Igeldo, good for nice walks. There is a bus stop (with lines towards the city and the bus/railway station) in front of the building. We also enjoyed the great breakfast buffet.
