La situación del hotel. Es tá a 5 min a pie de Porto Pi centro comercial.

Worst hotel experience ever

Cons:

Personal,especially on front desk,Diana was super slow, annoying, trying to sell unsolicited services like super expensive car rent,etc.A lot of stupid questions,time for get keys 20 min.!!!!Never had so bad experience!And towels in 4-star hotel so old and used that have the holes. Auful.I asked to change towel,so next day was OK ,but third day:same story.Asking front desk guy to change towel with whole:he brought new one personally WITH 2 WHOLES!!!!And big gap in broken door -window on terrace:wind making sound like from hell/all night!!!Just disaster.Need to change management.

Pros:

En general, todo. Me encantó el baño y sobre todo, la ducha. Mandos fáciles de usar, efecto lluvia... Por lo demás, una habitación muy digna y funcional. El desayuno, también es muy completo.
