Las vistas de la terraza! Espectaculares! La situación del hotel, muy céntrico. El desayuno muy bueno y muy bien presentado.

A comfortable stylish hotel with attentive staff, excellent views & food, quiet location
Pros:

The reception and restaurant staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The coastline views from the restaurant terrace are stunning, the restaurant seating area is very comfortable and our meal was gorgeous. All the toiletries you could need were provided including toothbrushes.

Cons:

Location wasn't my preference, you need to taxi/bus to any other bars, restaurants etc. There was black mold on the tile grouting in the shower which I do not expect of any hotel especially of this standard, which can be easily remedied.

Понравилось расположение отеля, комфортные кровати, очень хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Я заранее хотела зарезервировать парковку для автомобиля, но мне ответили что заранее нельзя, по времени прибытия. Когда мы приехали на ресепции находились стажеры, которые сказали что можно парковаться возле отеля везде, только не на желтой линии. Но мы места возле и рядом вообще не нашли и запарковались в торговом центре недалеко от отеля. Наследующий день уже на стойки регистрации был опытный персонал и она очень удивила ь этой ситуации. Но для меня этот вечер был очень тревожным- когда ты объезжаешь отель несколько раз , а места вообще нет!

Hermosa vista y la tranquilidad del hotel.

Cons:

La ropa de cama necesita ser renovada, ya que encontré fundas de almohada rotas y sábanas algo manchadas. Además, el menú del restaurante no es muy variado, resulta un poco flojo.

A cool, calm oasis of comfort in a very hot, vibrant city.
Pros:

Beautiful welcomg reception staff. Lovely atrium and beautiful bar/bistro area. Views outstanding.
Pool heaven. Room large and clean and cool.

Excelente opción en Palma
Pros:

La habitación era súper amplia, nos toco una con vistas increíble! Las camas muy cómodas, muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción súper amable. Disfrutamos mucho la terraza con vistas increíbles a la catedral y el puerto
