Pros:

Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Funcionários grosseiros e a informação de que tem estacionamento é mentirosa. Minúsculo e mal cabem carros, sempre lotado. Tivemos que estacionar com malas grandes a 1km do Hotel! Exaustos. A resposta que obtive do funcionário foi “o que você quer que eu faça?”

Nice hotel stay with good amenities but room for improvement of the service
Pros:

Nice hotel with small but comfy rooms and great balconies (if u have a room with port view) - good breakfast (at 20€/person) with a massive selection of products. The furnicular is a great asset to get into town by a 10 min bus ride. They provided a baby bassinet which was great.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are very small, especially with a baby bassinet. Ironically, we couldn’t book a larger premium room as this apparently „had no space for a bassinet“ - yet the smaller standard room somehow had. I don’t know if this is a software glitch but it seems odd.
Nearby there are not that many great other restaurant options - but the city is not far away. Our room we got only more than 30mins past the official check in time at 3 pm which with a baby was not so nice, we got some vouchers for the bar as compensation, but when you pay for checking in at 3 pm then you plan accordingly.
Checkout took ages again as the two desk clerks first attended to two large groups checking in in the morning - so we again had to wait for almost 30mins with a baby for a checkout that took 30 secs.
