Friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room with a lovely view of the marina, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
The pool area could use some renovation, as the sun loungers are quite worn and placed very close to each other, making the area feel a little uncomfortable. As the hotel is located away from the city centre, free parking can be found nearby, but getting to the city centre can be challenging. Overall, the hotel feels quite expensive considering the facilities and amenities offered.
Gorgeous views, super comfy bed and the most amazing breakfast buffet.
Overall our stay was good but the room wasn't ready on time and we could hear the hotel's plumbing system next to our heads throughout the night. The area around the pool also had lots of loose tiles.

Plunge pool was lovely
Restaurant manager went above and beyond when we complained about the quality of our meal (Tough and overcooked steak)
Fan did not work for 2 nights and the room was so hot my partner had to sleep on the balcony due to the impact the heat had on his pre existing medical condition. Highlighted the issue multiple times but this was not resolved until the 3rd night of our 4 night stay.
