Cons:

Tuvimos cucarachas en la habitación. Entendemos que hay cucarachas en la isla y nos cambiaron de habitación pero fue una experiencia desagradable.

Acogedor
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la habitación, era amplia, y el baño también, y una terraza que daba a la piscina.
También el jardín con las tortugas y la cascada.

Cons:

La zona de piscina, un poco estrecha, pocas hamacas, tenías que cogerla temprano con la toalla y eso que estaba prohibido pero la gente madrugaba mucho para coger una hamaca libre..
El suelo resbalaba mucho al estar mojado y muchas escaleras para ir a otras zonas de solarium, y a los jacuzzi, de echo me resbale en las escaleras y caí de culo al suelo.. fue una mala experiencia porque me hice bastante daño..
Mejoraría un poco los exteriores ya que el jardín de la piscina está descuidado.

Cosas a mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Las camas grandes y cómodas y que tenga caja fuerte y una mini nevera en la habitación.

Cons:

Para empezar, las instalaciones no se corresponden con un hotel de 4 estrellas, está muy anticuado y ciertas cosas con apariencia descuidada, ascensores con ruidos anómalos y partes rotas (en recepción, yo misma avisé que estaba rota una pletina de hierro de los railes de la puerta), zonas comunes con paredes sucias, calor en las zonas comunes, los aires o funcionan poco o nada, la zona del comedor bastante aglomerada de gente y la calidad de los alimentos y su cocinado es regular, para ser un 4 estrellas, debería tener mejor pinta y sabor. Luego 20 € el parking al día es demasiado, con plazas estrechas, en mi caso la número 5, con motos mal aparcadas detrás, o coches también detrás que están haciendo el check-in y molestan para tu poder sacarlo. Y otro detalle tonto, los aparatos del aire acondicionado están enfocados a la cama, si lo apagas te mueres de calor en un noveno piso,y si lo dejas puesto por la noche, te llevas un buen resfriado de recuerdo.En general, deben mejorar muchas cosas para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y ser la cadena hotelera Catalonia. PAGUE 200€ POR UNA NOCHE EN UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS Y POR SUPUESTO QUE NO LAS MERECE. LAS INSTALACIONES SON MUY ANTIGUAS, LAS PAREDES DE GOTELE, EL BAÑO DEMASIADO ANTIGUO CON BAÑERA MUUUY PELIGROSA. EN CUANTO A LA ZONA DE PISCINA Y JACUZZI NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON LAS IMAGENES. EN GENERAL NO ME SENTI EN UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS
