Lo único es que habían pocas plazas de parking y era difícil aparcar. Aunque volvería otra vez al hotel.
Very convenient for the old town area. Excellent staff, both polite and good humoured.. Good rooms, and when i said i was sharing a room with my son they obliged with a request for single beds. Breakfast was included and very good too. Plentiful with enough range. The in room and inside hotel facilities were also good.
I'll start by saying we had no problem but the advertised parking is limited and access is tight. I had deliberately picked a place advertised with parking and we did get a space but there are only 10 or 11 spaces and takes a lot of maneuvering with even a medium sized car. It does say that parking is not guaranteed but it's too easily missed when looking for hotels on the app, as I certainly did.

De ligging is perfect op 5 minuten wandelen van het historisch centrum van Bilbao. Lekker stil in deze wijk. Prima kamers zonder poespas.

À savoir annonce avec parking mais moins d’une dizaine de places et donc pas de disponibilité au vu du nombre de chambres. Par contre nous avons été orientés sur un autre parking dans un autre hôtel à 10 minutes à pied…

Posizione molto comoda, parcheggio privato gratuito (benché solo 11 x 53 camere), Danilo il receptionist fantastico: italiano, gentilissimo, ci ha dato info turistiche utilissime e soprattutto ci ha consigliato di usare gli ottimi mezzi pubblici, camera e bagno grandi con bidet!!!

A nice, modern hotel with modern facilities. Central; you could walk everywhere. Good breakfast. The room was quite large.
We luckily were able to park in the street as it was a Sunday in August. Otherwise that issue could be complicated.
