Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, lo que hace que moverse sea muy cómodo. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y el alojamiento en general resultó confortable. Sin duda, uno de los puntos más destacados es la ubicación, así como la opción de parking gratuito (sujeto a disponibilidad), que se agradece mucho.

Cons:

Como aspectos a mejorar, el trato inicial del personal podría ser más atento. Intenté comunicarme previamente tanto por WhatsApp como por Booking para consultar sobre el parking y no recibí respuesta, lo cual generó cierta incertidumbre. Además, las habitaciones resultan algo justas para tres personas. Por último, no queda del todo claro el sentido del check-in online, ya que al llegar al hotel se debe repetir prácticamente todo el proceso.

Se oferta como hotel con parking, pero tiene muy pocas plazas y siempre han estado ocupadas, teniendo que buscar fuera y es imposible aparcar en Bilbao.
El agua caliente no funciona. Tarda mucho tiempo en salir y cuando llega, está templada

Cons:

El acceso al parking no es plano sino que existe una rampa. Si el coche va muy cargado de peso, se corre el riesgo que los bajos del coche toquen en la zona de transición del cambio de nivel. No me percaté de ese peligro y es lo que me ocurrió a mi.
Sería recomendable que el personal del hotel lo comentase o si pusiera algún cartel de aviso para recordar a los conductores del peligro.

Salvo este punto, el hotel y sus servicios son inmejorables
