The breakfast ran out of hot food and was not replaced on 2 mornings. Did request additional food but refused.

Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas, el baño amplio, con buena presión de agua y toallas de calidad. Ponen algunas amenities. Tiene secador y minibar. El recepcionista muy atento y agradable. Está prácticamente al lado de la parada de tranvia Atxuri y si viajas en autobús es muy fácil y económico llegar desde San Mames.

No hubo nada que nos disgustase.

Práctica y cómoda.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad y para entrar y salir de ella en coche. También me gustó mucho la amplitud de la habitación para poner la maleta y colgar la ropa. El escritorio es grande, ideal si tienes que trabajar unas horas. También muy limpio todo.

Cons:

El hotel quizás necesita una puesta a punto de mobiliario, pero es un detalle menor. Estuve muy a gusto en general.
