Important information:

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00.

Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner.

The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee.

The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain.

The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00.

All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, allen voran am Empfang von Alicia und ihren Kollegen erfreute. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und stets sauber. Ein grosses Lob an meine Zimmerfee. Auch hatte ich immer einen Parkplatz. Insgesamt: Ich genoss meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr.

Aire acondicionado no se podía parar y el colchón y almohadas incómodas. Al hacer la reserva con booking, solo tienes una hora de spa, durante el alojamiento.

Cons:

En el Spa nos encontramos con un grupo ,imagino que de fin de temporada, que no respetaba al resto de clientes. Gritaban al hablar entre ellos, a pesar de las miradas del resto que estábamos allí para que bajarán la voz. Les dio igual, empezaron a reír y jugar como si estuvieran en un parque acuático. Aunque les llamaron la atención, tras comunicarlo en recepción ,era muy difícil relajarse. Lo peor es que al ser un grupo muy grande estaban por todas partes, teníamos la esperanza de poder relajarnos en las camas de agua, pero no tuvimos suerte, pues habían tres chicas contándose las penas muy animadas y grabando con el móvil.
Supongo que lo ideal es cumplir el aforo o restringirlo así como el horario de entrada y salida, porque el spa es espectacular y no pude regalarle a mi madre y hermana esa experiencia relajante de la que les había hablado.
Por lo demás todo un 10, me encanta este sitio.

Pros:

Spacious room, easy to park.

Cons:

I don’t know why but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash placed in the shower were full of water. I had to inform/complain about it and eventually before I finish the staff at the reception hung up the phone. Air conditioning not working properly.

Exactly what I wanted it to be.
Pros:

Breakfast times was good. Best cup of tea I have ever had abroad. Lovely selection of fruit, pastries meats and cheese and all things for a fried breakfast if you wanted. The sun beds were so comfortable and plenty of them. 2 beautiful pools. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel doesn’t have a proper bar. There is the pool bar, this shuts at 7. And the restaurant is the bar. So if you just want a drink before going out, you sit at a table ready for dinner. Not really a relaxing drink before or after an evening out. Needs a relaxing space to chill.
