Important information:

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner.

The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee.

The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain.

The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00.

All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th.

Just better than average and well over-prized

The view from the balcony

Cons:

In general the place is not 5* standard and rather aged.
Pricing was absolutely out of this world for what was delivered. From a dusty, a dirty pool area, to a not refilled mini bar, a really really, really average restaurant, I would say this is a really good 3 star experience.

Napewno wrócimy do tego hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie. W cudownej atmosferze i przy bardzo pomocnej obsłudze. Piękny wystrój sali śniadaniowej. Przepiękny ogród i niesamowicie mila obsługa, specjalne podziękowania dla pana Miguel z recepcji.

Cons:

To nie tak ważne, ale mnie osobiście w tej bogatej ofercie śniadaniowej, brakowało tylko jajek na miękko.

A gorgeous hotel in an elevated position
Pros:

A beautiful hotel where staff are friendly and helpful but professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
It is worth paying for the harbour view which is spectacular
The breakfasts are gorgeous with plenty of variety and the evening restuarant served excellent food.
It is quick and easy to walk to a bus that takes you into Palma but there are 176 steps.
One can also catch the bus to Calla Major where are there plenty of restuarants and a lovely beach.
There is nothing except the hotel and a small corner shop in its elevated position
I would stay at this gorgeous hotel again

door de ligging en veroudering was dit vijf sterren hotel zeer betaalbaar
Pros:

Ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, grote van het zwembad, terras met zeezicht

Cons:

voor vijf sterren geen aangename bar, veroudert, ligging bergop steeds vervoer nodig
Bij aankomst supplement ontbijt maar bij vertrek konden we geen ontbijt nemen, aanpassing onmogelijk
