Important information:

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner.

The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee.

The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain.

The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00.

All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th.

A Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

We have been visiting the Valparaiso every year for the last 26 years. We usually come a couple of times each year. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing. We feel that this is our second home and we look forward to not only staying in a wonderful hotel but we look forward to seeing the staff who we see as friends.

Tolles Hotel, in welchem der Gast zu 100% König ist!
Pros:

Bereits bei der Ankunft ( morgens) wurden wir herzlich empfangen und konnten auch gerade unser wunderschönes Zimmer ( upgrade!) mit Meerblick beziehen! Die Gastfreunschaft wird hier grossgeschrieben-man fühlt sich sofort wohl!

You should stay at the Valparaiso Palace
Pros:

Valparaiso Palace is truly a palace of delight, comfort and serenity. Between the immaculate gardens and 2 pools outside, including the beautiful ever-flowing fountain, to the delicious breakfast and dinner options to the very relaxing spa. Everything was above and beyond our expectations and delight. The service was impeccable across the board and we will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Palma.

The property was lovely and big so it felt comfortable and spread out, miguel the hotel manager was wonderful with Julian and all the stuff,, excellent friendly service!

Cons:

Perfect stay at the luxury resort in Palma.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent spa facilities, great location, quite but not to far from the city center, great views, friendly, professional staff, good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

The only point we did not realized when booking spa facilities are at the extra charge, but it was worth it.

Signori, io manco ci sono venuta nel vostro Hotel, ma che cavolo di organizzazione avete? Io ho disdetto in anticipo e voi dicevate che non c'era nessun pagamento da fare anticipato. Ebbene dopo tre giorni dalla riservazione ci siamo visti togliere dal nostro conto bancario la Somma in Fr. a voi dovuta, Vi abbiamo scritto un e-mail per dichiarare la nostra incredulità. Abbiamo ricevuto da parte vostra una e-mail di scuse per quanto accaduto e che avreste provveduto a sistemare le cose. Dopo un'altra settimana, non sentendo nulla da parte vostra vi abbiamo sollecitato di nuovo.

Cons:

Ci aspettiamo un gesto concreto da parte vostra, perchè come scritto nell'ultima e-mail, sarebbe stata nostra intenzione venire nel vostro albergo appena la mia salute me lo avrebbe permesso. Allo stato attuale dei fatti, vorrà dire che la nostra scelta cadrà su un altro albergo. Peccato !!!! (per voi)
