Las instalaciones totalmente obsoletas.Los baños de las habitaciones están renovados.El resto está todo como hace 50 años.En la piscina no hay baños ni vestuario.No merece las 4 estrellas.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel !!! Son emplacement est idéal et le personnel est excellent à tous les niveaux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées et entretenues. Un grand merci aux femmes de chambres qui étaient au petit soin et qui sont d'un professionnalisme irréprochable.

1 El trato del personal es pésimo: 1 > 30 Minutos en el bar sin que nadie atiende, Pedí Cleaning Room a las 15:00 El sábado y en recepción me dicen que no se podía, El lunes por la mañana esperando como resolver un pago en recepción me han literalmente prohibido sentarme en el café restaurante > Pedí Room Service 39 Euros a la hora de pagar porque el sistema estaba caído. Insistí en pagar y bajé a la recepción para hacerlo me dicen que no se podía y que pagaría al final de la estancia. A la hora del check out el sistema de pago tampoco funcionaba hemos hecho el intento más de 5 veces. Tuve que dar la vuelta a todos los cajeros de Ceuta para sacar dinero 39 Euros pero por tantos intentos mi tarjeta por temas de seguridad se bloqueó. Me tuve que ir pues tenía mi tren en Tanger a las 16:00 el cual he perdido y tuve que comprar otro boleto de tren por este atraso ocasionado por el personal de recepción. Después he recibido varias llamadas donde me exigían el pago sabiendo muy bien cuál es la raíz de este problema. Al final he solicitado el número de cuenta del Hotel para realizar la transferencia con los 39 Euros.
