Hotel heeft prachtige ligging in authentiek deel en is makkelijk bereikbaar. Ruime & schone kamers en behulpzaam personeel.

Emplacement en bord de plage et dans un quartier vivant.

Nous avons réservé une chambre basique mais qui ressemblait plus à un garage aménagé ! À moitié en sous sol avec une fenêtre qui s’ouvrait sur le sol du parking ! Pas de chevets, pas de bureau, pas de chaise, pas de quoi poser une valise. Aucune luminosité et pas possible d’ouvrir pour aérer sans être dans les pots d’échappement. Vous devez aller chercher vous même votre transat et le porter au bord de la piscine (transat rouillé et enfoncé…)
Petit déjeuner « buffet » déplorable et dans une salle glauque. Produits bas de gamme immangeables. Nous avions réservé 5 nuits et sommes partis après une seule en demandant le remboursement. Profil de l’hôtel et photos mensongères.

The location of Hotel Reimar is perfect, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Cons:

According to the listing, guests with a Tesla can use the charging facilities free of charge. We charged our Tesla Model X overnight and were preparing to leave the following morning. While we were packing the car, the owner arrived angrily in his own Tesla Model Y because he wanted to use the charger himself. He accused us of leaving our car at the charging point all day. That was not the case and certainly not our intention. I understand that a charging space should be vacated once charging is complete, but it is not reasonable to expect guests to move their car in the middle of the night. In addition, no clear rules or instructions about this had been communicated to us in advance.

What we found particularly unacceptable was the angry and accusatory way in which he approached us. I made this clear to him at the time. During our stay, we had also noticed that this owner, unlike the other staff members, never greeted us when we entered the hotel or crossed paths with him. Because of this, the incident unfortunately did not feel entirely isolated.

It is a great shame, as the location is excellent and the other members of staff were very friendly. It is especially disappointing that our stay ended in such an unpleasant way.

Pros:

L'esmorzar estava molt bo i era molt variat. La terrassa amb piscina és un lloc genial per poder veure la posta de sol. El personal de l'hotel molt agradable, tan els que estaven per la tarda quan vam arribar com els que ens van atendre a l'hora de marxar.
La ubicació genial, a primera línia de mar i a 15 minuts de cala de les roques planes, fent camí de ronda.
