Lo que me gusto fue el trato del personal, la ubicación, que tenga garaje que siempre lo busco en un hotel, y es bonito pero considero que un reforma no le vendría nada mal, y para ser un 4 estrellas se queda corto en estos momentos
Sobre todo al hacer la reserva pedi por favor que los colchones pues eso en un 4 estrellas y con el nombre que tiene supuse que estarían bien, y también les pedi que por problemas de operación de espalda tuvieran sobre todo en cuenta eso a la hora de darme la habitación me dijeron que no había problema en mi sugerencia y genial, y ahi llego mi decepción, el colchón no estaba para nada como yo me pensaba y para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tampoco, destaco eso por que es lo mas importante para mi, y mas cuándo vas por trabajo sobre lo demás normal todo.

Its location .. with easy access to the old town for F&B and enjoy the charm of the old town which is lively and filled with positive vibes.
Good size Room. Room is very clean, bright n sound proof. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is Bright n clean.
Limited parking space but remember to book one when making booking with the hotel.
What was more welcoming was when we drove up the driveway of the hotel IS to be greeted by David ( hotel security staff ) who saw our boot filled with luggages n told us he will be responsible to help us get our bags to our rooms upon checking in. That was a very nice gesture.
And of course, we were also greeted at the reception by Tatiana who checked us in smoothly n provided us with important info about where to eat n where to go.
For us is a perfect stay at hotel tres Reyes.
