Quand on prend soin des gens on y revient.
Pros:

Un accueil très professionnel, à l’écoute. Très grande propreté. Literie impeccable, chambre calme et très beau design.

… en titillant un peu il faudrait une poubelle plus jolie (un sac noir dans une poubelle noire très basique contrasté avec le décor)

Regalos no entregados a huespedes.
Pros:

Del hotel no tengo malos comentarios, me ha gustado todo. Es precioso.

Cons:

Al personal de recepción le he dejado unos regalos para unos clientes. Me aseguraron que lo entregarían y no lo han hecho. Las personas a las que deje los regalos no recibieron nada. En recepción, no supieron darme explicaciones. Espero tengan una manera de recuperar los regalos.

Hotel muy acogedor y excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el hotel muy cómodo y muy acogedor a pesar de ser un hotel grande. Las camas muy cómodas. Fuimos con nuestro perro y lo paso muy bien también ya que hay un parque muy cerca

Cons:

Es un hotel un poco caro y la cena solo empieza a las 20:30, incluido el room service. Nos hubiera gustado comer algo liviano al llegar en la tardecita y no había esa opción. 24 horas room service es algo que ofrecen muchos hoteles.

Sehr gute Lage für Stadterkundung
Pros:

Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück, engagierte Mitarbeiter. Reservierung von Parkplatz und Lademöglichkeit hat prima geklappt. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Zentrum.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es etwas Reparaturbedarf, da sollte das Housekeeping aufmerksamer sein.
