Hotel Tres Jotas

One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at. The rooms and hostel looked new and was very functional. It provides a great stop if traveling across SPAIN AND NEED TO NAVIGATE AROUND MADRID.

Costs are low and they have a great restaurant and the bar give absolutely great olives with drinks.

Sólo hemos pasado una noche, y para lo que queríamos en relación calidad/precio, perfecto. Muy limpio, el cuarto de baño con servicio de toallas, champú y gel, se ofrecía desayuno, pero no lo llegamos a utilizar. Cerca del centro, y como se encuentra en la calle de salida del pueblo, había bastante ruido, no te digo lo que habrá en más verano

No había secador de pelo, se escucha mucho ruido de coches , hay q poner cristales climalit

Buena relación calidad-precio .
Un punto positivo a destacar es la ubicación, es una zona tranquila y estás a 5 minutos andando del centro.

The hotel is in a good place, close to the centre, supermarkets nearby, cafés, bars, etc. You can also walk down to the beach, it is about 15-20 minutes.
The room was clean, the bathroom is not very modern but nice and clean.
You should not exect a very beautiful hotel, but for this price it was great.
The walls are sadly quite thin, and because of the price it is attractive for those who came to party, so you might hear some loud noises in the evening, when parties ended and people come back to the hotel.
The hotel has a garage with limited spaces (7eur/day), but we could always found parking spaces near the hotel outside on the street for free (sometimes a bit further, but it was good for the night).
We did not have breakfast, so no experience with that.
The receptionist whom we met was nice, kind but only could speak Spanish, and as we do not speak Spanish it was a bit complicated, but was not a big problem.

We stayed 2 nights in Las Tres Jotas it is based in centre of Conil de la Frontera, the hotel was very comfortable. There were 3 single beds in a good sized bedroom and the bathroom was well equipped with lots of space. The hotel was sparkling clean with friendly staff. We opted to park our car in the underground car park for an extra charge. There are a large number of cafes, bars and restuarants within easy walking distance.

Sengene var gode å ligge i noe som har stor betydning for at oppholdet skulle bli bra. Aircondition fungerte bra. Det burde vært et kjøleskap på rommet. Froksosten var enkel og ble servert på bordet.

Saremmo stati anche bene se non fosse stato per la sveglia avuta ogni mattina alle 7 dai fortissimi rumori provenienti dall'esterno. L'hotel in ogni caso ha bisogno di essere ammodernato e non vale i soldi spesi.

Nice hotel, not the top but enough for a few days close to the Vila and beach very clean, a litlle old fashion but more than enough for a sleep and to have a bath..

Horrible. Ni Wifi y sin TELEVISION (Bueno si había TV, pero no había señal en condiciones: probaron hasta 3 televisores).
Para colmo, quise hacer una reclamación oficial y ¡¡¡¡¡¡TARDARON 9 HORAS EN PONER A MI DISPOSICIÓN LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES DE LA JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA!!!!!!. NO DORMÍ EN LA HABITACIÓN, DORMÍ EN MI COCHE.

Hotel impecável! Optimamente localizado, super limpo, atendimento impecável, relação qualidade/preço muito boa! Recomendo!

Lätt att hitta på den stora gatan in mot centrum, hyfsad parkering för bilen på lokalgatan utanför. Varför man så oförskämt hög avgift om man vill parkera under hotellet, när det är gratis direkt utanför entrén ? Ingen hyrde plats när vi var där ! Den stora besvikelsen och beviset på SNÅLHET är ändå frukosten. Man har samvete att ta 3,75Euro för den sämsta frukost vi någonsin sett ! Man får en liten kopp kaffe efter lååång väntan, eftersom värdinnan står och gör en kopp i taget, frugan var på väg att lämna bordet innan vi blev serverade. Gammalt bröd, en mindre baguette som hon bestämde skulle vara rostad ? Inget färskt pålägg eller frukt, ett glas juice som hon också hällde upp åt var och en. Hemska små portionsaskar med obestämbart innehåll som pålägg. Tänk vad snabbt och enkelt det skulle vara med en termoskanna med tevatten och en med bryggkaffe, en korg med Färskt bröd, ett fat med skivad ost och skinka samt smör och marmelad i små portionsförpackningar. Inte konstig att vi bara var två sällskap som åt. En liten skruttig tjock-TV med dålig fjärrkontroll och kontrollen till AC'n fick man går ner till receptionen och snällt be om, varför inte lämna ut den med nyckeln vid incheckningen om man nu måste ha kontroll på dom ? Hotellet har ett jättestort platt tak som med lite vilja kunde göras om till SOLTERRASS ! Istället är hela taket täckt av tvättlinor. Tyvärr verkar gästerna vara mest till besvär och man verkar inte vilja att de kommer tillbaka igen.

I was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful for a flying visit and this hotel hit the spot. A traditional style, locally run hotel, with friendly and helpful staff provides all the basics - a little dated, but all in working order. It is clean and comfortable and set in a quiet area just off the main road into the old part of the town. There are a couple of perfectly serviceable bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short walk to the heart of town, the beach and everything else.
